From what I read on wiki and saw in the game, usually the "+15% damage" modifier comes with a "while health is over 50%".

But I found a gold feathered longbow that has "+15% damage". Regular 14-28 bow, no other things. I got it in Grenth's Footprint, while farming for greens.

Am I lucky or is this sort of bow normal (well, as normal as gold items can be)? Anybody else got similar things?

Screenshots will help protect you from most of the flamers. I suppose its possible, but very very unlikely. So there is no -1 regen or anything on it?

Wait a second... 14-28? Non-max? Also, it can't simply be 15 always with no negative. I'm sure it should be -1 health regen or -1 energy regen or -5 energy... etc. Please post a screenshot if you really have one. Thank you.

Damage modifiers can be:
15% while health is above 50%
20% while health is below 50%
15% while in a stance
15% while affected by an enchantment
20% while hexed
15% vs. hexed foes
15% / -10 armor while attacking
15% / -5 energy
15% / -1 energy regen
15% / -1 health regen

Odds are, it's one of those last four on the list. You may not have seen the condition, I believe they are shown on the line below the +dmg rather than next to it like the other modifiers. Unconditional damage boosts were available for a time, but have long since been removed from the game. It would be great to know if they have been re-implemented; please provide screenshot proof if that is the case.

I might have missed one of the last four you posted. What struck me was the lack of a "while blahblah" condition.

And I'm not sure if it's 15-28 or 14-28.

Finally got to check

It's got a -5 energy on it

Still good use, especially with high Expertise and energy regen armor.
