Default Eternal Grove Masters game planned!!

Hey hoo!
I have been trying to get eternal grove masters for the last 2 months and still havent got it, mainly due the severe lack of people doing this mission in any of the districts. So i was thinking that by posting a link here i could get some people that needed it to. Ideally We need 2 spitefull spirit necros, 2/3 warriors, 2/3 monks and myself of course. So pls post ur prof and it will work first come first basis. Once we have a full team i will post the date and time for this mision, thanks

I'm gonna be attempting this mission for the first time very soon... I can either come as an assassin with 2 well equipped monk heroes OR as a domination mesmer with 2 well equipped monk heroes, if you think you could use that

Warriors are not for dmg dealing, they are for blocking, just like minions.

What you need for an easy masters is 2 teams of 4.

Each team needs 1 MM for blocking, 1 Fire Elementalist for high area dmg and a Monk.
The last spot can be filled with any type of character.

Each team needs to protect a gate and only come out to go after the siege turtles.

I have done this mission loads of times to assist Guild and Alliance members get masters.

Believe the other post's all you need is a MM at both sides and other Hero's. I did this mission about a week ago to complete my Protector title in Cantha.

Try getting 3 well built heros and putting them on one side and take the other 4 henchmen and yourself and take the other side while killing the turtles that spawn around.

I'll join, I've got a Ritualist with 2 SF heroes and 2 Barrage rangers. I can go Heal/Ritlord/Channeling/Minion bombing myself.

i got my Protector of Tyria and Cantha, and am i masters short of my Protector of Elona title, the way we did it was a split of 2 teams of 4 on each stairwell, we had 1 mm, 1 ele(nuker), 1 monk and 1 barrage ranger, per stairwell, with all the body blocking with the minions, the ele and ranger cleared out the stairwell in seconds, easy masters. My Ingame name is Gwendolyn Star, PM me in game and i will be glad to lend a hand, by the way i am a ranger, if you need help give me a holler, usually on during the evenings and weekend,

Well, I just passed masters on my own two days ago. Monday was giving me trouble, lag was very distracting (I usually don't get it).

Key points for my Barrage ranger were:
-stay inside the grove, ignoring the arriving turtles and wait for the warrior and elementalist strike teams coming in. A few monks will heal up the damage from the turtles easily.
-once the last strike teams are dead, leave a part of the group in the grove to heal and go kill the turtles. You could do it by yourself with the juggernauts, but it's much faster and safer with a healer and an MM.
-once you kill enough of the turtles, the animation will start and get you all inside. (possible bug: I got the animation with two turtles still alive, of which one went green and one went red. I had to go out between the waves and kill it, making the mission much more difficult)
-place the heroes and henches in two groups, one at each gate. Make sure each has a healer.
-afflicted come in groups. Regular groups are no problem and can be dealt with by the 3 heroes or 4 henches.However, a group with a boss will wipe out the group, so your job is to take the three juggernauts and yourself to wherever the bosses are.
