where is it, i cant find it, in tyria its the desert, but in cantha where is it!!!

You mean the quests that give you extra attribute points?
The first one in Cantha is Lost Treasure, which you can pick up in Ran Musu Gardens right after you complete Minister Cho's Estate (mission). The second one is An Unwelcome Guest, which you can pick up in Seitung Harbor after you have completed Zen Daijun (mission) |

If your character is tyrian born, these quests are not available. If they were, people who owned all three games would have more attribute points than those that owned one or two, thus throwing off the balance of the game.
