What do I do now?
I have only the befriending the Luxons and Kurzicks as the main quest left in Factions before I can move on.

I believe you need to get 10,000 faction before you can move on.

And you don't need a Kurzick guild guest invite...
Doing quests in Echovald Forest will guarantee you reaching 10k Kurz. faction. Just make sure that you don't spend your Luxon faction before having completed both quests as spending your Luxon faction will result in you losing Kurzick faction and the other way round |

to move on you can't skip that quest... you can skip Fort Aspenwood and Jade Quarry if you have a guild... but you can do other quests... i got to 10k luxon just by doing 3/4 fort aspenwood matches and getting 7kish by doing sidequests, since most of them give 750 faction...
