There's loads of other ways to get hold of a Celestial Sigil tbh.

If you want to buy a Guild Hall for your guild, you need a celestial sigil. These sigils on come from the chest in the Hall of Heroes which is the last map of Heroes Ascent, the PvP tournament.

Getting it yourself, especially if you don't PvP would be more than difficult. You just need to go and buy a cestial sigil from the Sigil Trader. He is in the lobby of Heroes Ascent, they are about 25k usually, I havent checked in awhile.
