I was playing with my Nightfall character and I got to Consulate Docks. I found myself to be a little below the level I should have been at; however, I didn't skip anything major, guess I just needed to level up a bit. But I tried the mission anyways, only to die early on. So I brought in my Factions character which is lvl 20. I tried the mission, and still, this seemed to be one of the harder missions I've ever done. Did anyone else find this mission to be hard?

Well, the first time I did it, I tried to hench it. The second time, I did it with some people, and we beat it easy. I guess its just the stupid henchmen.

Very easy to hero/hench this mission.

Only possible chance for a wipe is at either a) ele boss or b) the wall of archers at the top of the stairs.

For a) BHA ranger or interrupter

b) Shields up or a wall of minions

If you take it slowly this is a very easy mission (my guildee asked me to help him out with this one in hm yesterday----only the hero monk and koss died once).
Read up on wiki and then take each group slowly....or go with a pug and see how they handle it---
The first time I did this mission when nf came out I thought it was hard as well, though my heros were only level 15 at the time and I took the wrong henchies, but I got thru it (no masters but I didnt care).

Not sure how you find this mission tough. It's really easy and I love the pumping music when you start to fight! It's one of my favorite missions

Sometimes it get hard at the ele boss, he does some major dmg sometimes lol.

It's not hard, and cues from your post lead me to think your failure is most likely due to your individual skill level.

Also, Mission =/= Quest.

h/h consulate dock hm ytd...pretty easy
the ele boss is easy if you fill your heroes bars with some interrupts
the rangers wall...just flag them behind the walls, zhed will kill them all

If you read my post, you would see that I said 'mission' more than once, and not quest. The topic was just me typing to fast. And as I said in my second post, I already beat this mission. I failed the first time, but I beat it the second NO PROBLEM, guess it was just a fluke. Anyways, what in my post led you to believe that I'm not good at Guild Wars. Grammatical errors? Did I have some sentence fragments? Maybe an incorrect gerund phrase or two?

Pretty much everyone here agrees that its easy mission with henchies/heroes (even if you are not max level). Granted that you know what you are doing.

Mentioning that you have 15k armor and you are still unable to H/H does not win any sympathy (deleting that remark makes it even worse)

Its not uncommon for someone having to clue to get carried throught even hardest missions, group wouldnt even notice is on easy ones, so succes with pug does not really repair your rep either.

Maybe you need humble introspection and consider possibility that your player skill could use some improving.

I never implied that I was better than someone else, or implied that someone else sucked at the game, unlike some other people in this thread. Like I said, it was a FLUKE. I did the quest 3 times now. Twice with henches, and once with a group. I failed once, and I don't see how now that I've beaten it three times. It must have been at the Elementalist boss like some of you have said.
