There is a patch of land near the shiverpeaks located near where Orr was. I believe it to be Orr related.

Just hope the fireball won't generate as much lag as Drought's Waterfall on the video card before the last pump is turned off. Otherwise with only that single digit fps there is no way I can possibly maneuver enough to dodge something like that.

I am still waiting for a Sylvari Hero though...

Not even a Sylvari NPC was shown.

I must say, I'm impressed Anet, this is the way to do it. Finally an expansion like I always wanted it which I thought you guys would be doing from the start, more like the MTG model but shaped for an online game. I heard nothing bad in the video. New anti aliasing techniques, new sound techniques, 50 PvE only skills, PvE one on one battles vs. npc's, other mini games, 18 dungeons, new heroes and some new land to discover. The hall of monuments and the connection with GW2 seems promising too. This doesn't change my view on how badly the online shop was marketed and neglected, but that's another topic. I can only give positive feedback on this video.

naahhhh more like 79 skills to be nerfed.

they dont tend to nerf rangers or dervishes much....
and one skill will probably be something that helps 55 bots, so of course they can't nerf that

I havent read all post so maybe it has already been covered. But at least one of the new PvE skills seems to be in the vids.

Video 2, featuring the brave monk-warrior with the flaming sword. At first he does -2, -3, -4 damage with his sword against the spiders. But when skill number 1 on his bar is pressed, which he does 3 times in a row, he does 999 damage on his strike against foes.
Also he seems to have a very high amount of health and a natural regen, but that might just be for testing purpose.

I think Anet made this vid to tease all the monk solo farmers out there, as you can see a gold item dropping during the middle of the fight.

No new classes but new skills, new equipment and new fantastic landscapes (woods, snowlands and dungeons) is just pure win.

From what I gather, no. Which makes since... the scenes shown at E3 described as "the Orr continent arising again", were later described by the same guy as Asuran.

It's pretty obvious he screwed up. I hold out hope that they are working on Orr as perhaps bonus content?

Too bad it's not in the bonus missions...

You know that patch of land just east of where the city was?
I wonder if that'll be one of the last places we visit and something happens, like the rising part, that may be continued in GW2.
