I'll take my main through to the end at first (primary quests and missions), get the heroes and skills, and see what armours are available. Then I'll go back and do all the quests and explore around. Probably go back and get all the masters I didn't know how to do first time through as well.

Same way i did NF. My Main (Nec - Where i started the SV N/Mo Boss Farmer) will explore, farm bosses, and work through the game, while finding out what all the new skills and eventual balancing will do to my builds. I'll make a fortune on new greens. then beat the game and move onto the next character.

Make sure the bus stops down south.
I've only recently finished Nightfall, and Factions last and only when I was bored. Tyria draws me back often.
With a lot of local friends just getting into the game, I will continue to be the local guide.
Need a tour guide for the trip?

I'm gonna check out the first areas of all races, just a lil recon, reach a town and bail. The I'm gonna play through the entire Charr related quests and then Norn, Asura etc :-)

I figures Ill start with my warrior as a melee/close range mindless class is best to enjoy the new critters and landscape. if I monked it Id spend my whole time watching 8 red bars and not the pretty new gfx and critters :-)

That being said... how will you GW:EN? Are you the greyhound dog running the race or the greyhound bus stopping at every tourist attraction on the way?

Me... I'm on the bus.

Just curious...
still not done with prophecies if you want to know rofl, how will i ever finished the whole Guild Wars game!! NEVER is the answers.

Definitely taking it slowly!

haha made me lol

I will do what I always do, I will rush through it! My Warrior will go first, I plan on finishing in 2 or 3 days with him. Right after my Mesmer gets the spotlight finishing within a week and then my necro in about a week as well. If any cool farming builds erupt I might then take a chance to fu...mess around with them eventually getting the rest of my characters through.

I'm a greyhound to a certain extent

Gonna bring my poor ranger out of retirement to go Indiana Jones on the dungeons, and enjoy the new armor and weaponry upon release. Imma see if I can go through it with me, Jin, Margrid and the (Hopefully) Charr ranger hero for some sadistic fun as well.

Well, 2 years until GW2. So definatley going to sit around and enjoy this one. Plan on playing this one thru, very legit like, and with as few Heros as possible... also dont like to Wiki missions and kwests, much like soo many do.

Cant wait to see Gwen the NPC in Action~

I usually go through with my warrior and do every quest on the way, but I might just do the primary quests and I might take a different character through this time. And there is no need to rush through GW:EN with the official GWW because now we get to see the new armor and don't have to wait a month for everyone to post the new armor/weapons. I want to see what the new endgame items are though.

Same way I've done it since Factions:

*Create a character, perform all available quests and missions. (Can't do this one this time.)
*Take older characters through only primary missions / quests
*Capture essential elites and skills
*Screw off
*Return weeks later to finish capturing and buying all new skills
*Promise to go back and do all the quests I missed, but ultimately will never have time due to spanning so many PvE characters

I think I'm going to take my time for it, and do most of the quests first instead of rushing through the storyline. Kind of depends on how good the ending will be, if the ending is going to be awesome I'll probably rush the last few bits of the game just to see the cool ending.XD

I'm gonna do the first bit slow, then as everything gets harder I'll be content with just the missions and a few side-quests.

I'll take my time, I always do it that way. No need to rush or play it too hard. Take it slow, I have all night.

Nope. It's only patches of GW:EN textures etc. The game is still under development so if you magically were able to access this new stuff it'd be nothing but a bunch of textures etc. It's just done this way so come GW:EN we dont all d/l 1gig+ of stuff from ANET servers as we had the ability to stream chunks of it earlier.
