idk about those war armors, could likely be modded...i certainly hope they could do better than this if it is real. i already seen enuff reskined kurzick/luxon armor aka. sunspear. I wouldnt mind a magma primeval war armor tho. EDIT: after further examination i would say this is definatly a mod job using textmod. Im not beliving this untill its offical.

I'm going to have to burst a lot of bubbles and say I think that is not new Dervish Armor but rather a new Dervish or Warrior hero. At 1:37 in the new GW:EN trailer you see that exact model with an axe and shield. Directly above her at that some moment is what I'm guessing is the Norn chick.

At an earlier point in the trailer you see the same Dervish thingy using the same molten axe-shield combo.

Could be a new Hero with armor we can get, too. It's possible.

FACT: Confirmed there will be "epic" pieces of armor in GWEN.

FACT: Those fiery gloves and helmet don't match the rest of the Dervish armor (talking about screenshot, not necessarily video, as I haven't seen it yet).

SPECULATION: The fiery gloves are indeed new pieces of armor.

I highly doubt they will have super stats... there aren't any items in the game with super stats... only different skins.

I'd have to say that it's a Hero. It just doesn't look like something they'd make for a Dervish normally.

Since when were Faction and Sunspear skills for hardcore gamers? After getting myself to Kurzick Supporter, it's not that hard getting to 100k faction. It doesn't even take that long. And Sunspear skills? Yeah, so hardcore. You get them with quite good effects at General, which you get during the story very early.

i dont think its a hero, bc heros always hide their headpeices, and this one is using some weird mask. i also think that the mask will be some kind of multi profession thing too, it doesnt look to dervishy to me :/

I don't think that's gonna be an armor set to get, looks more like a hero because you see her with the other other 2 Norn NPCs.

Did we not see those same fiery gloves on an elementalist in another screenshot?

I think the gloves and the helmet are both pieces of unique gear.

No idea what the helmet does, but I bet the gloves add fire damage to your attacks.

So? What if the player is the Dervish?

In cutscene's you only see the party leader (the Dervish here) and the NPC's.

And hero's don't wear headpieces.

i bet the gloves are special equipment to wield a "special" type of weapon needed to kill something. more of a quest item then new armor
