He's giving the location of a particular spot the user gatewarp is missing. Granted, the wording is rather cryptic, so I'll be doing better when I get to gatewarp's post

That particular area is uncovered from the SE corner of the Undercity. The Skyway and the Undercity don't coincide perfectly even though they overlap the same area on the map.

If you've already tried to approach that spot from both the Sunjiang District explorable and Pongmei Valley, the only thing you have left to do is check Shenzun Tunnels. Head south out of the Sunjiang Distrct outpost into the SE corner of Shenzun Tunnels, and if you haven't hit the SW corner of Sunjiang District explorable yet, do so.

I can't help either one of you, and both of you are missing something obvious. You should be comparing Leighwyn's map to your "U" window, not to the "overview" map. Riukaths, your zoomed-out map makes it impossible to spot any missing pieces due to size and cloud cover, and Eararaldor, your map - though zoomed in - still won't help because of the interfering shadows. Leighwyn's ALT+TAB comparison method is based on the eye's ability to spot differences in two identical but rapidly alternating images, and the shadows and cloud cover present additional differences beyond the fogged spots.

If you still want help, follow directions. Take screenshots of your "U" map stretched as wide as possible and either stitch them together or post them here as separate files so that someone could compare them for you. Of course, once you have the screenshots you have no excuse to avoid comparing them yourself even on a slow PC

The problem is that instead of having to uncover areas you have to uncover spots in multiple areas, so your only alternative to comparing your map to Leighwyn's is to walk the edges of all Factions areas, including all missions with the exception of Dragon's Throat. Without seeing your map I can't tell what you're missing, so I have no specific suggestions for you.

Next time, please save your screenshots in .JPG format instead of .PNG. PNG files may be higher quality, but they take up a lot more space and murder slow computers and connections. The JPG format is a lot more useful for sharing images over the net.

Hi Guys, I'm trying and trying and I have 99,1% Tyria i dont know where to finde lost pices my map. My Cantha is bad too 96.7% im so sad :/
My char is from Tyria is this a big problem to get 100% Cantha?

It's not a big problem if you've got the time to walk the edges of all zones. The biggest disadvantage Tyrian characters face in Cantha is the inability to uncover Monastery Overlook, which adds about 0.4-0.5% towards the title. Without that zone, you can still get the Canthan Grandmaster Cartographer title (as evidenced by the many who've already obtained it) but you'll have to do a lot more work.

Incidentally, unless you're expecting Dougal to analyze both of your maps, I can't help you with Cantha. Please take screenshots of your "U" window and post them here if you want people to compare them to Leighwyn's map for you, or compare them to Leighwyn's map yourself using his ALT+TAB method to find the spots you're missing.

So I am sure this has already been posted somewhere, but I couldn't handle reading all the pages to find it. I am currently at 98.6% and am Cantha born. I do not have the arena uncovered and only part of the southern part of the monestary, so in many ways I am in the same situation that Tyrians are in.

My question is: can a Canthan get 100% without the arena like a Tyrian can, or is it factored into Canthans so that you have to have it.

I have used the alt+tab method using my U map and found some spots, but the arena is the only thing I can think of that would give that much.

It's the same map for everyone, but you've lost your 'Canthan Advantage' so you'll just have to work a little harder at uncovering the map just like a Tyrian does. You can still do it.

ok, that is what i thought, just wanted to make sure. I have been able to get myself up to 99.0 % now, if I can't find anymore by saturday I might be posting my maps to see if anyone sees something I've missed.

Anyway.

We need henches to be able to enter the Jade Query because its stupid that we cant, due to no one ever playing there.

Im stuck on 99.4% and I know part of what I need is in there due to comparing maps.

Plus the sections in Shiro's mission that can only be explored by being bannished is a joke. I need a section that is right up North, and even after being bannished I cant reach it.

I know I need it due to comparing maps again.

I can only assume I have to be bannished to DIFFERENT location to reach it, but Im only ever bannished to the same spot. The section in the NORTH LEFT.

There should be a path to allow you to walk around to those locations before you start the mission. Accessible from where the dragon is.

Then you can explore them, and THEN start the mission.

It wouldnt make the misson any easier (not that its hard) because you would still only get back to Shiro by killing the creature that took your place, or by running up to the portal.

Dougal probably has a zoomed-out 100% map, since he's using one to do a difference layer with. As far as banishing, every spot you see to the north is achievable from the spot you consistently get kicked to. You just have to push yourself into every possible corner, HOLD position, and see if something clears up. The hold is key, as there is oftentimes a delay between arriving and revealing.

Dougal gave me the canthan map he was comparing to. Thats how I know i need bits in the Jade Query and in Shiros mission.

But ive hugged the corners countless times after being bannished and it just doesnt seem to reveal the bit I need.

Its not as if dont know how it all works, because im already a Tyrian Grandmaster. But its just so much more frustrating trying to explore Cantha, despite it being easier.
