I really need a definate answer to my original question so let me put it like this...

Are there any Canthan starters who got 100% of the Cantha map but skipped the tutorial?

Okay, well only one of two things can be possible here in this scenario. Either Tyrians and Canthans have different requirements to complete the map, or they left approximately a 0.5% margin of error.

So far, any Cantha starters I've seen that completed the map have done the tutorial. I don't want assumptions here because I've already made plenty of my own, I need real confirmation.

FINALLY!!! Found that last little piece when I was about to give up and post the map here for help. Thanks so much to LuxA, Leighwyn and TCFish for the maps and help and Rahl for the encouragement at Jade Quarry. I felt it only right to take the screen shot at Jade Quarry since it was the most difficult spot to scout since you can never get in there.

Now I need to go back and finish Tyria where I started. I only got 97.5% there. -Joe

Janus: you don't have to do the tutorial, tyrian or not, to achieve 100%. I am basing this on the fact that the 100% canthan map posted on page one of this thread has A LOT of spots missing, which easily make up for the amount one would miss if they skipped training.

having troubles with some spots. 98.5% now....

can anyone check if the fog in this places is normal or it's just me... can't clean those parts

Kurzick area: i have fog there too

Sanctum: i just mapped the top left corner and was unable to get banished to the other ones.. but i managed to get 100% w/o them

can u be banished in different areas? cuz shiro keeps banishing me in the same place and i cant clean the rest of sanctum map that way.
is that random?

Indeed you're right Leigh, I now have 100% as well. Much thanks to all the people who contributed useful info to this thread.

Note to others: The last 3% will likely just be a matter of wall humping.

i can confirm this. i was at 98.1 myself and just earned 0.4% hugging the eastern walls in tannakai temple explorable. 0.4% without even notice any difference after i hugged them. and photoshop of course haven't noticed any difference aswell

I somehow got banished to the South end once in Imperial Sanctum, along with a henchie. There seems to be no way back after you get banished there, apart from your teammates killing the construct.
With that said, anyone know how to replicate this incident?

I think I am now officially stuck at 98.7%. I've started hard at my map and compared it to the 100% maps on offer here until my eyes went on strike and threatened to walk, and for the life of me I cannot see anywhere else.

Could one of you fine people possibly take the time to have a look and see what I've missed? If you get me up to 100% I'll probably reward you in-game ^^
