There appears to be a black-edged patch just south of Fort Ranik and Serenity Temple, looks like something was hastily covered up.

If you look a little north of where Orr was you can see an area tahts uncovered right next to the shiverpeaks. Could be related to Orr in some way.

Ah! The joys of being a Fire Elementalist! Now I'll be able to go straight to the Charr and burn THEIR homes

The guy was somewhat confused, talking about Orr and dwarves being a playable race and all. Just don't listen to him

I third it. Hasn't been enough green for my tastes in recent chapters. The Jade Sea does not count, i'm talking about plants and such.

Very true, I hope that in GW2 every part of Tyria will be explorable. It doesn't have to be explorable at launch, but they can release it in updates where a new area is opened up. Hope they do the same with Cantha, Elona and possible new continents. Might be too much work though

There have to be limits on whats explorable though

Not all of Earth is "explorable"

Well deserts, mountians and dense rainforests are hard to explore but i suppose not impossible

Though i doubt you'd survive in a desert like the Antartic in Glaidators Armor it's a little . . skimpy

Technically he is right. The Antarctic is a desert by definition, since it gets very little rainfall over the course of a year.

Apart from a typo in "Gladiators" that sentence was not erroneous.

I do hope that more work will be done on the current "lands" like in GW:EN rather than more new campaigns

A desert is defined by the precipitiation, not the temperature.

I can't wait to get back into some land that looks like pre-sear Ascalon. Definately my favorite place. I want to explore that area directly north of LA a bit as well, definatly looks like a nice little forest there

One thing I'm wondering about; why is the Crystal Desert losing ground? Those mountains to the south of the Ascalon area, all around the tomb of Primevil Kings, look like they are very green, much more so than '6' years before from the original GW maps.
