As advised on wiki: Quest: Naga Oil, I can find naga pelts by killing naga at Haiju Lagoon. I have done a few runs there and none have droped for me. Anyone know where else I can find some?? Or what place would I have a better chance in coming across some of those naga pelts?

Or if anyone have any spare...

Don't ask me why, but I found if I really wanted those pelts, I never got them to drop.

After completing Factions, I decided go and get those pelts in the Lagoon. Surprisingly, I obtained 5 of them. I still have 1 left if you want it.

I never had any drop during the time I took all my characters through Factions. When I vanquished Haiju Lagoon a couple months ago with my ele, I had six drop in one trip. If anyone else is interested in the pelts, they definitely do drop in Haiju Lagoon (all along the northern coast). I've never heard of them dropping anywhere else. I have no idea why they would drop more in Hard Mode (it doesn't seem like they should), but if you are so inclined, it might help.

I found that the only ones that drop it are the naga warriors. if not pm me to get some. [IGN: Zara Faith]
