What the heck zone is this?

Can anybody tell me what this Krytan-looking zone just to the west of Camp Rankor, and Droknar's Forge is? (click link above) And more importantly, how does one get there? I've been working on my cartography and came across this pic... but it doesn't show on any other maps I've seen. |
