I have been trying to kill the big monkey for several months now but nothing will work! It really annoys me how everyone who has done it after they nerfed it up makes videos, and posts them everywhere yet NOBODY actually posts a party build for it. Can someone do this please as it is INCREDIBLY annoying.

someone mention about using shouts for defensive measure with ranger spirit that double adrenaline to fuel those shouts.

All I can think is "safe your self" which give 100 armor for a short duration maybe you can have multiple copy of this to keep it up all the time

Yea, with the new FGJ it can be kept up pretty much all the time, or the ranger spirit thing should work too.

Beat Mallyx Headon. 8/18/2007. Eles are to soft. Need armor and healing, with target calling and echo, chants, and shoults. Rit and Paragon skills.

nice techniques there, i have seen lots of videos using ranger spirits, though usually it is impossible to make out what they are due to the bad picture quality.

Someone should post thier template code, so we can load up thier build and try it.

Also, I'm a little surprised at people congratulating them for technique and thinking outside the box... since you can't use enchants, passive defense is the most powerful tactic. Paragons and Warriors have the highest DPS of any classes in the game. This is about as logically in the box as you can get.

If you want to be inventive, may I suggest blood eles? They seem to be what people think works.

I doubt they will, they are just showing of e-peen, otherwise they wouldn't have posted this in two threads.

The bug was 'fixed' by my understanding...but I don't want to start a whole bunch of players thinking that the build(s) the team came up with is
the ONLY one usable against Mallyx.
The dev's simple explanation kinda says it in a nut shell.."Keep trying if you don't succeed"

I know [SMS] is starting to sound like a broken record when we say: "Think outside the box!

I forgot to mention that the original 3: Racthoh, Rob and myself went in AGAIN (with players named Gerg, Helping Healer and Slid (a PuG?)....using their own bars. *gasp*...Gerg has a hot southern accent on vent btw, but don't tell anyone that..oO)
And Mallyx still don't drop cookies o m g!!

by using quotes when you say "THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX!" are you somehow hinting at using shouts, as i cannot see any that are of any use.

To make this simple. This OP asked for help so one of the players who defeated Mallyx was kind enough to offer a screen shot. He obviously couldn't have given the other builds in the team because he didn't know them. As for the whole "epeen" part he was not in Racthoh's first group to beat Mallyx so how you get off saying that they posted it twice? I do not believe Gerg was doing this to show off but to help the OP.

PS I have yet to Rob or Rac's presence in this thread so your accusation of them bragging is 100% false.

well its v hard lol... im actually tanknig right now in one, and im trying to take down mallyx by using shelter to protect the party from his devastating attacks. I got razah, and two eles with it so it shouldn't run out. Also spamming spirits to generally be in the way (kinda noobish).
