I wonder though if one of those dungeons is THE place for final showdown with Great Destroyer. Heart of Shiverpeaks could be but then again so obvious that maybe not.

Jelly Den is the home of all those jelly looking monsters that slap you upside the head from the GWEN trailer.

Just to expand on what the OP originally had posted. This has to do with the lvl’s of each dungeon according to the official GW wiki.

Anyways, the reason probably why the other two dungeons are unknown is probably due the fact of spoilers or they have yet to be finished. However I am just guessing.

Edit: Just noticed Jelly’s Den got changed around to Ooze Pit.
