Where it's posted that you have to be a lvl 20 to access the sneak peek weekend?

I bought the access key and it was a total waste of 5 bucks.

i don't believe you should have to be level 20...it is designed for level 20 so you probably wouldn't fair well there but still. Have you made sure that you have added the Prerelease key to your Account? Have you spoke with the guys in the Major cities that give you a quest to access EotN? A bit of info would be appreciated...also there might be a bug ....be sure that you don't have the quest "to get to EotN" in your quest log twice...if you do abandon both and then get one again....like say one from Kamadan and one from Lion's Arch.

...They did say in just about every interview and press release it's an expansion for existing lvl 20 charactors. I don't know if that means you MUST be 20 to go there (it's possible).

However, even if you're not 20 just yet you have the whole weekend, pushing hard it doesn't take long to level up to 20.

EDIT: and apperently Llint beat me to bring that up.

Yeah I think its a little out of the center, it might have been great to have such a warning somewhere else.

Edit: Or more directly said you need to be level 20.
