Concerns about Guild Wars 2 (gwen spoiler)
As i was wandering around the beautiful lands of the north and realizing in my heart I'm a norn, for the way i think, it suddenly hit me.
In Guild Wars 2, we are supposed to play with the descendants of our current characters, as you have probably read around, in case you haven't, here is a link to the official page:
Quote:
Your achievements, trophies, and titles from Prophecies, Factions, Nightfall, and Eye of the North will not be forgotten. Your Hall of Monuments will preserve them until your descendants can claim them in Guild Wars 2.

What if we choose to play as a norn, azura or dwarf? O.o
Does this means we are going to, mmm, cuddle, with other races?
Spoiler (i did not find how to change the font color)
Does that norn wanting to marry female characters it's a clue of this happening?

[speculation]If you choose a race other than human, you are considered to have descended from a hero (such as Jora for the Norn) who was once close to your descendant character, who consequently had no offspring or their ancestry died off. So all their accomplishments were passed down through the family who was most trusted by your character.[/speculation]
Besides, if there was inter-species mating, we'd have half-humans for race choices, rather than pure species. Though the norn are half-giants, which suggests they are already half-human (assuming that is their other half).

Yeah it's not a big deal.. they can find some way to make it make sense. I'm actually enjoying the Norn a lot more than I thought I would.. I still think I'm going with Asura but I have to wait and see how their area plays out when GWEN goes live.

Look, if I can kill a God, travel to the Underworld to my joyous leisure, and summon spirits from death to do my bidding, I think I'm allowed to shtoop an Asura, kthx. I hear they like it rough anyway.
