I don't know but both the female and male armours are kinda cool. Splash on some different dye colour that fits your character and guild cape and you are good to go.

I've always been disapointed by the male ele armor. Grotto armor still remains the best looking armor and even that still doesn't appeal to me all that much. The only set of armor for male eles that I think looks good is FoW, but I just can't seem to get that.

Male is kinda .. plain; it should be something better since you can't just buy it, you need to farm for points. Female ele looks cute on the other hand.

Oh yeah! I'm getting that ele armor, I like female armor that isn't too showy.

I really like it actually..its kinda "plain"- in the sense of not overdressed, and i like the ornaments. Besides it matches the surroundings. You wouldnt expect hotpants and bras in the Shiverpeaks, right? I mean i guess they are called *Shiver*peaks for a reason.
And plain is good for another reason: Who would want Vivienne Westwood to design your armor?

I really like these ele sets, I'm not a fan of most of their armour, particular the female ones were most of them look like strippers or exotic dancers. It's definitely one of the better sets. The male one isn't that fantastic, but it isn't bad.

But like has been said, you shouldn't have gone to so much effort, we've already seen most of the armour from those leaked screens. Weather or not all of them for real is still up for debate, but they certainly seem to be. Once again, the male elementalist in those screens is exactly the same as the one you posted.

Working through the reputation ranks is just like starting a new campaign and working your way through the missions and areas to get to other 10k armors. I think it is original and interesting. At least a title actually gives you something now rather than simply being able to be displayed. Also keep in mind that these are only 10K armors, they're not even full 15K sets. I think we can expect more on in the game and after beating the game. I'm just curious if some of these new weapon and armor skins are going to be added for the AT rewards.

What i would really liek to know is if you get the same (Norn) armor at all the armorers in the Shiverpeaks. I mean the req. dwarven rank was much lower than the norn rank if im not mistaken and yet most ppl seemed to have gone for the norn title track (including me, and i have only rank 3 so far...).

So. Did any of you made the req dwarven or Ebonguard track (if that was possible ...) and did the armorer want and offer the same stuff?
Do you think there will be different armors from Asuran lands? i cant remember the number of new armors for each prof in GW:EN right now.

The male ele armor looks ok.. Imo nothing special or something. Same goes for the female armor. It's nice to see some actual clothes though, instead of the usual 'exotic dancer'-outfit for the female ele.

You were only able to access a very smal portion of the entire GWEN map, and it was all Norn territory, except for one Dwarf underground location and the Eye of the North which is vanguard.

You were only able to make drawf and vanguard points through repeatable quests and dungeons. The rewards for which were 500-750 points on completion.

How-ever the Norn points could be earned by speaking to Norns at ressurection shrines and taking bounties, and for ever 25 kills in an instance you got bonuses ontop of the bounties and there were ranks from 1-4 for bounties. Its a tiny bit complicated.

You could also earn Norn points from repeatable quests and dungeons. There was currently no way to earn Asura points in the preview.

The end result was that it was ALOT easier to earn or farm Norn points. You could do a farming run of Drakker Lake and make 3-4k norn points compared to 500-750 points from doing quests or dungeons.

Dungeons which could take a long time to complete, especially (from what im told) the worm one.

There were people who got to rank 5 in Drawf, but you need (I assume) rank 7 on all races to get 10k armor.

The other reason why Norn points apealed more, was because ONLY Norn armor was available in the preview. There were no Drawf or Asura outposts and I didnt see any Vanguard Armor crafters.

Basically it was easier and more apealing to increase Norn ranks, then any other due to the armor and weapons you could get access to. Obviously with the release of the entire game, more incentives will be added for the other races.

As to whether other races will have bounties like the Norn (which I prefere) is another question.

I don't get what the hell is people expecting about armors!?!?!? // Maybe an option for draw it yourself and add it to the game??

That armor is a VERY different one compared to others elementalist armors. Also make a lot of sense because is an armor for cold places.

From 1 to 10, I give a 6 to male, and 7 to female.

Brett in Eye of the North is a Vanguard armor crafter. Would just take forever long repeating the quests we had at our disposal.

I've owned most ele armors ingame, and that armor is VERY much like alot of others. I dont mind the thick coat look because I know its a snowy region.

What annoys me is Anet keeps using this genericly, boring style for ele armor and that armor set I have now is very much just a thicker version of bog-standarrd tyrian armor.

I still like it, but im hoping the elite versions are staggering different to anything else we have had. Other professions seem to get alot more vertiaty to their armor.
