Default rabbit pit of despair

I'm new to this forum (and forums in general), but I was just wondering if anyone else has seen what I can only describe as a rabbit pit of doom and despair. It's to your immediate left after entering Drakkar Lake from Norrhart Domains. When you first enter the zone there's a friendly rabbit. If you follow it down the path, bunches of vaitters pop up and swamp the party. I guess my real question is, does this have any plot backup, is it a quest, or did the GW team feel like making a Holy Grail parody?

Personally, I'd avoid it for now, but it's something to watch out for. Especially if you're working on wall scraping this weekend.

The guide doesn't have the monk and ele heroes listed. You get the dwarf and asura right after the intro quest.

How do you get the elite for the Bear?
I heard monks beat the Norn Tournament with it. :]

Just to double check, this is with Red Iris Flowers and not Preserved Red Iris Flowers right?

not sure if you're on the lookout for greens, but I found this one:

also I encountered a bug, trying to enter Olafstead. The first time I tried to go in, it immediately kicked me back out into the Falls explorable. This happened twice before I was finally able to get in.

Small note: Longeye Ridge isn't available on the preview. I tried to get there but all it has are closed gates, so unless you need a specific Hero or quest completed, you can't get in there.

I'm guesssing the same for Umbral Grotto. If anyone managed to get in there, please tell.

Yup. I tried to get to Longeye Ridge as well. I was definitely pissed when i found out I could not get in. It should not be on the Sneak Peak Weekend map.

This is what you should do with the rabbit boss:
1: Find the place and follow the rabbit a short while.
2: Send 1 hero (your pick, but you prolly won't want to send a monk) down to the middle of that room. Watch him get royally pwned.
3: Repeatedly pull enemies from there until everything is dead.

The return of unlocked chests?

I just came across a barrel in the battledepths. It didn't require a key, and dropped a white spiked club...
