Default Easy way to farm Asura and Vanguard points?

Well the title states the question. I know that you can easily farm norn points by doing curse of the nornbear over and over, and that you can do the snowman dungeon over and over to get you loads of norn and dwarven points. But the question is, is there an easy way to get asura and vanguard points through repeatable quests or anything like that? I know for the asura there is the polymock, which is OK but takes forever to do just to get 100 points. On the vanguard side there is nothing besides quests and hunting in explorable areas it seems. Any info will be well appreciated! Thanks

For the Asura side, clear Magus Stones a few times (with the blessing on, of course). I cleared a few thousand points each time. Of all the zones I tried, that one yielded the best results.

100 points per re-go, not worth it at all.

Sacnoth for Ebon Vanguard (a few bosses clumped together) and Magus Stones for Asura... I'd highly recommend waiting till HM to farm points though, unless you're really keen. xD

Ok well the one dude was right about the curse of the nornbear, right now it doesnt even look like that quest gives you any points, unless you are talking about doing the quest and the points you get from the bounty. And Rhys, Im not sure hard mode is ever coming out, ive heard a few rumors that what we are playing is "hard mode".

If you just go farming in the Dadala (sp?) highlands (Vanguard) and hop on to a Devourer, killing is easy and points are there plus the bonus' you get after each 25 points scored
