I just finished Cathedral of flames, completed the quest, but now doesn't seem to be anyway back into it to do it again.

Re-zone, like Mr. G said. But realize, when you take the quest again, you'll get another Exquisite Surmia Carving. So you are basically getting only 1 item per run.

Is there anyway to go through there and get 2? Or is the limit 1?

Well, the game will always give you an Exquisite Surmia Carving each time, even if you already have one (they stack), so in my opinion, the whole run is kind of a scam/not worth the trouble. The awesome skinned greens that drop from it have the same stats that 90% of the other greens of the same type have (I'm looking at you, axes), or have shitty mods themselves. I suppose you could try these two things:

1.) Try getting in without the having quest, by having a second player with you with the quest. Not sure if it will let you in without it, or if it won't just give you another dumbass Exquisite Surmia Carving

2.) You could try going in, beating it, getting your Exquisite Surmia Carving, and then putting it in your storage and re-entering the dungeon. I'm not sure if it will give you another RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GOing Carving, but its worth a try, if you don't mind doing that damn dungeon over and over for 1 item reward.
