ffs, complete sets are boring. the whole point of the HoM is to immortalize your character, and his/her INDIVIDUALITY is a huge part of his/her identity. what's the point of displaying a set of armor that is exactly like thousands of others?

i say let armor combos be displayed, as long as every piece is "expensive" enough

I regret to inform that I have a set of the Silver Eagle armor for the warrior, obtained from the dwarven armor crafter, and it can not be placed onto the monument into my HoM.

Yes its the full set, including the helmet, and yes my warrior was wearing it, but the monument still wont accept it as being a prestige/elite armor set
