Default Can't add GWEN to my account

I just bought GWEN; I already have all three earlier chapters. When I tried to add the access key from GWEN to my account, it was rejected with the message, "You cannot add this Access Key to this Guild Wars account because you will already have the rights this key provides".

I don't already have GWEN; the list of campaigns in the box at the top of the screen correctly lists Prophecies, Factions, and Nightfall, even though the message below it claims I have GWEN. (Yes, I logged on to check whether I had access to it, and I didn't.)

I tried going through the official GW support site, but got a reply saying my account didn't exist!

WTF is going on here? I've paid for the damn thing, let me play it!

You sure you don't? Have you tried any of the "Get to GWEN" quests?

If no, then contact A.net support via this address, no one here can help you: http://www.guildwars.com/support/

Log a ticket and they should be able to help you out.

GWG has nothing to do with A.net so don't expect help of this kind here ^_^ Sorry

I said in the first message that I already tried that. All I got was a reply saying my account didn't exist and would I like to sign up for Guild Wars?

Well then have you used support before? You need to create a account and link your GW account to them. Its not that difficult.

Oh, I have to create a SECOND account on the support site? Jeez, what a screwed-up system. I would never have thought of that.

I just tried it; it seems to have worked. Thanks for the help.
