I've bought 2 so far which means that they do exist and that they do drop. A few people have told me that they merched some early on not knowing what they were for. I was told the crypt dudes in Cathedral of Flames drop the relics but I haven't seen one hit the floor yet despite having already received the Blade and the Reaver on seperate runs. Shouldn't a collectable item drop more regularly than a boss green? For now I spam and hope. I've even upped my offering price while spamming in Doomlore Shrine but haven't had any luck in 2 days. Perhaps the drop rate is in need of a fix like destroyer cores received? *cough* anet *cough*

Hawaii, the destroyer cores were fixed a while before your post.

OP: Just because you haven't seen them drop doesn't mean they don't exist.

yeah, that is why I said "received" as in past tense. I saw a noticeble increase in the availability of cores after the drop rate fix. This allowed me to aquire my destroyer gloves sooner than expected. Thx anet! Hopefully rin relics will soon enjoy the same exposure.

Rin Relics are dropped by foes in the Cathedral of Flames, though they are considered a rare drop. So rare infact, that rubies have a higher drop rate down there...

Supposedly they can drop from the end Chest as well...very rarely though
