Not only are there no Elite skills, but there are only 10 PvP compatible skills for each profession. In a way, this works out. With no elite skills to hunt, players who have already achieved Legendary Skill Hunter don't lose their title (and perhaps even KoaBD.)

You can also see this intention with Legendary Cartographer, where map exploration in EN has been given over to the "Master of the North" title track. This all makes sense, since Eye of the North is an expansion rather than a stand alone product.

I'm happy with the 3 norn elites, just a little frustrated at the 3 pve skill limitation on top of that.

Not looking to run a full skill bar of pve only skills, but there are some builds I had hoped to run with combos of pve and normal skills that just cant work now.....

Ah well, can't have everything.........
