Default Hard Mode Presear

I just wondered, is it possible, for a lvl 20 char, in presear, to play in hard mode?

And does this have the same effects (lvl 29 hench, over lvl 20 monsters, rare drops etc.) as it has in the rest of the game?

ONE character needs to have completed the campaign on a account before everyone on that account can use it. That said they also need to be lvl 20 to be able to access Hard Mode

1. The Legendary Defender of Ascalon Title
2. Make it much more fun to level-up, better than afk for death lvl-ing
3. Dye & charr bag.

I hope ANET will do something about making repetable quest or something to get the LDA title much easier tahn boring death lvl-ing.

You already need to be Level 20 to access HM so the first two points don't make any sense.

The loot table for Pre is unusual, so you could get some rather interesting drops possibly. Of course, given the limited skills in Pre, Hard Mode would be quite a challenge with only two player groups.

Default Hard Mode in Pre

Well, one thing that probably prevents anet from adding hard mode to Pre-searing is the tome drops that would bring.

The potential for tome drops and elite tome drops in hard-mode would bring access to all skills and elites in pre, upsetting the ever so fragile balance of Pre-searing that many are overtly protective of...

Its not possible, A.net said they will never add it. Pre-searing is meant to be a starting newbie area. The fact people like to stay there is another story.
