Tell me you have never seen a born pianist, sports player, ect. They are out there.

And last, but not least, math is required for a job and life. GW is not. It is supposed to be for pleasure, to be enjoyed, to have fun with. Obviously it fails at that with GWEN, but did well with the other areas.

So, please remember, some of us are not in school anymore. We don't believe that GW will give us life lessons we can not live without.\

Please remember...

I must not GRIND. GRIND is the mind-killer. GRIND is the little death that brings total obliteration. I will face my GRIND... I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
So? I said it applies on everything. The more work experience you got, the better you are at doing your job. The more practice you do, the better you are as sportsman. The more dedicated you are at your hobbies (ie. GW), the better you are at your hobbies. It all takes time and dedication.

So you are complaining it takes grinding to be skillful because of PvE only skills. So having overpowered skills makes you skillful player? I have high rank pve titles but I restrain myself using those skills.

This is to funny. So you are saying that hitting C, spacebar is a way to improve your game? Oh man, thank you so much for that laugh, been a while since I laughed that hard.

You are the one who have been complaining for not having PvE only skills due to grinding. Since you bragging about skill > time, so tell me, is it necessary to have overpowered PvE skills in your skill bar as skillful player in the first place? More like terrible player who cant progress through the game and wanting imbalanced skills so bad to help him out.

GW has been out for 2.5 years, we were fine without PvE skills and we are fine without PvE skill now. So no, you dont need overpowered skills if you are skillful player unless you are that bad at the game.

The Grind in GW:EN Sux. As stated in the title of this thread, Grind, should not be here (or implimeted in the way it is). There is no right/correct way or wrong/incorrect way to play the GW period, So that arguement is trash. Imo some of you need a partner (relation ship), or some friends to hang out with if you all have this much time to go back and fourth about the same old crap that has already been posted "flamining"(or trying to in that matter) each other. Half of this post is mainly between three people reapeating them selves which is kinda sad..If the opinion that you are trying to get across is not going through and people keep quoteing you that means they really don't care and think your wrong (that would be everyone), but hey that is what forums are for. So back on topic, grinding sux none of us can really change that (unless soemone is a developer). On the better side at least it is only 26k pts (lvl 5) and not 50k+ pts(lvl 7) (for armor).

I've been pretty agitated with grinding lately...and the thought of trying to grind for each and every character i own is just overwhelming... please, please anet make it account base or add some type of quest/pvp/event/etc where you can get points in a more fun manner. Farming for luxon/kurzick factions for armor/skills/etc was actually fun....Apsenwood, AB, etc. Do something like that for GW:EN's reputation points, because spending an hour trying to clear an area is NOT fun.

hey sir WE PAID for those PVE skills! so its only fair that after completin the storyline we should be able to use them as well as access armour and other content whisch is precluded from us cos we dont have the time to farm for hours (i can only play weeekends).
if there were more quests to complete i could undertsand......but wtf they are asking us to c/spacebar for 20 hours just to access conent which we paid good money for! pathetic and disrespectful towards their customers

Just the title huggers belief that they DESERVE something. Kinda makes you laugh when you think about it. I agree with you

I tend to agree that there is only grind in gwen.....even with the dumb sunspears points you got more in the more advanced areas (4 per kill)....1 per kill is just a killer imho.....and 26,000 points to get to even LOOK at the armor (besides those wonderful people who have posted---thanks) is just past horrible.
I for one dont think half of my toons will even get to the HoM let alone do the quests etc to get them thru the game....its just not the much fun, and having to grind makes it much less pleasurable to play.....so only the few toons who wish to get pieces of specific armor will be grinding away to level 5 for their own chance to see them!

grind and gwen I give it two thumbs down (only because I only have 2 to give...would give it more if I had more!)

Someone was talking about C+Space grinding.
I got a few maps that I would like you to clear that way.
Just C+Space, no flagging, changing to other targets etc.

Btw correct me if I'm wrong but I remember AN saying (before GWEN came out) that there will be minigames to earn reputation points?
So...
Ebon Vanguard- is there even a minigame for them?
Norn- Norn tournamnet? Yeah, 100g cost and reputation earned is a joke.
Asura- don't know, don't care about Polymock.
Dwarfs- Glint Challenge?

Am I missing something? The little minigame called "grind harderd" ?

Hey! THey should add a Devourer single-player challenge! And a way to get two more skills for devourers!
One IAS(stance) and one health stealing (Elite skill, touch-range)!

That is just it, there are also plenty of places to do C, spacebar for points that are a joke. No challenge, no skill, no reason to do it except for overpowered skills.

See, if it were a challenge to get, using skill instead of just C, spacebar and time, I would be all over it. As it is, this reward the people with no life that believe that a title is important. So, when GWEN introduced time over skill, it fundementally changed the game.

Ashame when you think about it, as plenty will run around with overpowered skills that only hit C, spacebar. Heck, you could run a bot to do the mindless play when you were sleeping I guess, but it kinda defeats the point of playing doesn't it?

Anet did have to do this, as there is very little actual content, so they needed to do something to make you think that you actually got something to play. See, with the reskins on almost everything, and very little of anything added, they needed to do something.

I can't believe you have repeated this so many times. Every time I read it I get to the "little death" and I read the rest of it with the sexual meaning in mind and it makes me laugh.

Either you intended a double entendre, or this is unintentionally hilarious...
