Perhaps GWs has a streeker! Maybe hes protesting against something! Maybe he thinks the Norn Tournaments are barbaric and the fighters should have a union and regular pay and food!

I'm more curious as to the part you covered up. Does he actually have his man-tackel on show (credit to the art department if he does) or does he suffer from the same affliction as Ken?

Presumably he was a yardstick for the modeller. A model of a character is useful for a level designer to measure the height of doors, etc.
