Destroyer Mini Pet?
So I just got home and hopped on my necromancer to check if his 2nd year birthday present had come, and I zone into Sunspear Sanctuary and run around a little I see a Mini Destroyer.
My question is, how do you get these? I've never heard of them and they are not on Wiki. The person who had it said it was a PC magazine promotional mini, but if it was I expect it would have showed up somewhere on wiki. If this is old news, please just delete. Screen shot below.

I would also like to know exactly which magazine this came from, as well as the country. I was told PC Gamer, but I'm in England and the current issue has no mention of it, which is vaguely annoying.
