I go by what elites I want. A few of them only appear on one side, or are easier to get to on one side. If the elite skill scene is even, I generally go kurzick cuz I like the look of the forest, although I really don't like the kurzicks themselves.

The armor for the kurzicks is pretty sweet.

I have mad e-peen envy for the Lux 15k warrior, but

my monk's Kurz 1.5k/15k hybrid outfit is way cooler, it's pretty badass lookin.

So... I suppose it all depends on nothing really.

Seeing as your choice doesn't actually make a difference.

I like both sides, but i like luxon a bit more.

I have 1.5k Luxon for my rit, and my warrior has 1.5k Kurzick and Luxon!

My next goal is to get 1.5 kurzick for my monk-that is when i finish up EoTn and if i decide to play though factions to get it.

It's true. I've seen both Kurzick and Luxons mob.

What annoys me is that while Kurzicks sometimes mob and sometimes mob, Luxons mob every single match (though there are sometimes a few luxon players who can instead of mobbing, there is always a large mob). I would love to see a match where they don't. It would be so much better that way.

I see no difference between them. In AB, everyone will believe that the other side mobs more if they themselves care about it. That's because your 4-man team will not mob, while it's anyone's guess how the other 5 team will act.

If I had to say anything I'd say the Kurzicks mob more than the Luxons.

Kurzick side is more popular due to FFF and fancy armor, generally.

1. The difference are mostly aesthetic.

2. If you just want to finish the game, the Luxon mission Gyala Hatchery is much easier than the Kurzick mission Eternal Grove, especially now that population decline forces you to H+H them.

3. Kurzick faction farming is much easier. If you want to raise your rank to make the PvE-only skills scale up, it's much easier if you're Kurzick.

4. The Kurzick side has the black moa.

5. You need to do both sides to get Protector, Guardian, Cartographer, Skill Hunter (some elites are only available in one side's deep territory), and for the black moa chick minipet (unless you can trust someone to dip your egg for you, then you only need Luxon).

well right now im looking at getting kurz or lux armor for my female ritualist. im not rele sure though
luxon is hot and everything..but kinda looks like a crab..
kurzick is badass..but kinda dark..
i donno i guess im picky
