Hi,

I'd like to get rank 5 Vanguard with a survivor character and I was wondering which way would be the best way, hopefully maintaining a balance between low risk and high point farming, to farm Vanguard points?

Quests? Dungeons? Farming a specific area?

Most likely devourer farming in Sacnoth Valley. The safest way is probably to join a group and everyone gets a devourer, zoning back and forth between Grothmar Wardowns and the Dalada Uplands until everyone has a devourer. then the group proceeds into Sacnoth and kills everything.

Grabbing the Siege Devourer outside Doomlore Shrine *should* be safe enough with heroes / hench. Watch out for it's first siege attack and LEAVE MOLOTOV ALONE. If things start to go badly at least you'll be in a 3000HP tank and have the time to map out.

I thought Siege Devourers only had 1000 HP.
