Are you pulling? the "first group" may actually be 2 groups as their patrol crosses. If you can pull that one group and still can't beat it then pm me in game I can send you some hero builds and/or go with you. I still got like 20k pts to max title so I will be farming some

Ah thank you, good point. yes the 2 groups are very close to one another at one point in the patrol, be sure to pull the first group away indeed

I don't have a map posted but it is a pretty simple run to describe and I will post a mini map when I get home tonight.

First of all, you do not need any other real players, heroes and hench are just fine, you do not need any quests...and most importantly, yes, it is as effecient as the wurm run, providing you are not looking for SS points as well. For me, I easily maxed out the SS title while vanquishing but was approx. 26k short on LB points, so for me this was a perfect run since I didn't have to put up with people wanting to merch their drops or go afk and I had already done the quests for the wurm run so H/H for me was not an option.

Now the actual run, I did the run in HM of course and it is in the Domain of Secrets leaving from the Gate of Secrets. This run is nothing new since I remember someone posting this run before for NM.
I use an MM, an SS and my power block Mes for heroes, the 2 monk hench, the paragon hench and the illusion hench, although I do not know how important the team build is really. For me, (a monk) I ran Ursanway with my LB title up of course. I use 2 consumables to speed up the run, Essence of Celerity and Armor of Salvation, most of the time my Ursan Blessing never drops and the run only takes 20 mins so 1 of each consumable is enough.

When you enter the Domain of Secrets, grab the Bounty to your right and then head down the path toward the left. Put consumables up, Bear up and start the massacre, continue to the left and into the round centre fortress area. Kill everything in sight, and continue around to the left going into the very centre just to kill the 1 mob, then back around to the left. At one point you will see the Bounty for the Monolith guys, grab it also and continue around the frotress untill you can exit to the left down a hall toward the Rit boss...again kill everything in sight and head up the stairs and to the right to finish the run, if done right, it takes 20 mins. and you will kill approx. 25 Monoliths and 105 Margonites including 2 Marg Bosses, for a grand total of approx. 1080 LB points which is 3240 LB points per hour.

Now, drops suck but you can open up to 3 chests per run so it isn't a total loss I guess. Hope this helps those like myself who are searching for something different to do than wurm runs. Oh yeah, very rarely did anyone die in my group, usually it was only when I agroed 2 or 3 groups at once, but even then we often survived without 1 death.

As promised, my Umap, which I did with no consumables just to prove I could, just follow the path and have fun!
Used to do this run before the introduction of Hard Mode. Personally, I think the wurm run is better because it's just a lot easier...boring but easy.
