Ok, here's two different ones. The first is the 100% Luxa posted, and the second is Bob's 100%.

what? Thats ridiculus. You can 't even go back there. Haveing to explore the pre searing is like saying "SORRY, if you didn't explore it with your primary char then you better make a new one". Totally unfair. My favorite char is my monk(I didn't explore ALL the pre-sear then because the title wasn't out then). I don't want to make a new char to get the title because my monk is my favorite.

You can't clear all of that. But, did you try clearing the areas at the south end of the Frost Gate mission where the enemies spawn? That may clear out a bit of it.

I have bad news for ya skralte :/
You have Shiverpeaks.
Lots of it.
Anyways, We'll start from the top.
There's a spot right NE of Ice Tooth Caves on the border, and some on the western side of the same area, as you can see in the screenshot I have.
Next is the Rurik area in the Frost Gate mission, and the way you explore that area is with good old Necrotic Traversal, and maybe Life Siphon. What you'll have to do is simply look for a snow wolf on Rurik's path, I found mine almost at the end of the mission, on the bridge where there is a few Summit patrols going back and forth. I had to wait a good 5 minutes for it to get into longbow range, but then I killed it pretty easy.
Another spot in Frost Gate is the very end where the 3 gate mechanisms are, you have two spots, one where the Summit are on the east side, and one in the Rurik area on the west side, you'll need to use the Snow Wolf trick(I'd advise exploring it all in one go from the previous part :P)
Next there is a small spot outside Beacons as seen in this picture.
Next, Lornars Pass
It looks like you have a few hours of exploration ahead of ya, so I'll try and make it easier. First you have a spot right after the wurm cave.
Then you have 2 spots right by Dreadnaughts Drift, where the UW entrance is and directly oppsite.
There is also a spot I marked inside the Drift, its in the NE corner ><
Next is a small spot by the entrace of Sorrows Furnace, marked here.
There is also a small spot the the east of Warcamp too.
Now a section west of Rankor, and the top section of Talus Chute.
There is also a part in Tascas Demise, and the NW part of Mineral Springs.
You also have a good section of Moladune, shown here.
And you have the top of THK.
Hopefully that helps a little

How can you get to that area behind the entrance? I know I've got that as one of my challenge spots... but walked the snot out of the area and couldn't get there. Is there a trick to passing the entrance without actually entering?

Any Help is appreciated.

Niosisw, I don't know about that specific patch, but you have a large chunk of the Great Northern Wall missing. The easiest way to get this patch is with a friend packing rebirth. Go through the mission until you reach the bridge with the Charr boss underneath. Die, and then let your friend kill the Charr. Have your friend stand under the bridge and rebirth you. You should rebirth *on top* of the bridge, where you can then look on your mini-map and follow the random paths. This way allows you to explore that area without triggering the timer.

The way I did it was go as close to the entrance as I could, then following the wall up NE, facing towards that spot. It might have been chance or otherwise ^^ Also, if that doesn't work, try the spot right alongside it in Snake Dance, I got a little fog like that too.
Anyways, on to Cyan.
Looks like you have Shiverpeak blues as well.. (I mean, who doesn't?)
First spot is right outside Ice Tooth cave, as seen in this screenie:
Except you need to go further to the west on the top moreso than the marked area. You also have jsut about all the west side of that area as well, so just run alongside the wall.
Next is a spot on the north side of Borlis Pass mission, I think you can get a little of it just hugging the northern wall in parts, but the way I explored most of that fog is by going into the Iron Hose Mine and following the south wall, as I marked in my screenie.
Next is a small part on the very SE part of the Frost Gate mission wher eall the Summit spawn, shown here.
You also have the same spot as Skralte, shown here.

From what I can tell, it looks like you need to huge the wall in the north of Talus Chute, and the east wall of Snake Dance shown here.
And it looks like you missed the top of Ice Dome, shown here.
See if that gets you that extra .5%

It still looks like you need that SE spot in Frost Gate where the Summit are:
It also looks like you have a dot either on the north side of the Borlis Pass mission (inside the town) or maybe right outside in Traveler's Vale:
It also looks like a spot right inside Lornar's Pass:
And the SW fort in the Dunes bonus isn't explored, so go check that.
See what you get from that stuff 0_-

Ok Bob, here we go ^^
First spot, like the others is right outside Beacons, shown here:
Next is a small spot right above it:
Then it looks like some fog at the start of Borlis Pass, shown here:
(If you don't get it there, try from Traveler's Vale)
Next spot is in Borlis Pass (as far as I can tell), you'll have to hug the wall at the end, and if it doesn't disappear, try from Anvil Rock.
You also seem to have that spot where the Summit spawn at the end of Frost Gate:
There's also 2 spots at the end of THK:
And there is also 2 spots(from what I can tell) in Iron Mines:
Also 2 Ascalon spots, one in Dragons Gullet:
And one by Ascalon City (inside the Arena?, but not fighting)
And I may be wrong, but it looks like you need a spot in the SW fort in dunes bonus.
Hope that helps!
