Each can be done with H/H, at least I did it. Mostly with Sab's 3 necro builds. Only one that was pain in the ass was Destruction Depths. Oh, and Assault on the Stronghold can sometimes be hard, just make sure you point the siege at left archers then a prot or 2 on ramming beasty and then it's just clearing the base.

Assault on the Stronghold is hard to do, everything else is easily done with heroes and henches.

Actually assault on stronghold is quite easy.
You need to get your team wiped out near the charr archers, you will then spawn inside the fort. After that it's quite easy. The group of charr with the flameshielders (are bugged anyways) but must be killed to get the reward. Then go to where the destroyers spawn. Let the destroyers and the charr (with boss) fight each other. Kill the rest and voila.
I only did destruction depths with the help of a friend (and lots of consumables), and the rest I h/h (multiple times to farm max the asuran etc titles).

I found assault on the stronghold easy, but I couldn't for the life of me h/h Warband of brothers. Saw some people going for it one day, figured what the hell, and breezed through it (with questionable monk builds to boot).

I did all of them with H/H. Blood Washes Blood and Assault gave me trouble. Blood Washes Blood just took a party revision to power through the monk boss at the end. For Assault I brought Life Barrier and Bond on a hero, and bonded the Ram, while bonded he shoiuld be able to take the gate down in 1 or 2 trips on his own then you can move in and just run over the charr mobs.

Assault is really easy. Set up a hero Monk as a bonder. Disable the enchants she/he will be maintaining, then bond the dino. Position the monk close enough to keep the bonds on the dino and just kill the charr
It may take a little practice, but it's not bad.
As for Warband, if you're careful it's not bad. For the end part, you'll have to pull the Effigies-you'll notice there's a set of alcoves at the end with a couple of Charr-kill those and pull from there. It's a natural choke point to make tanking easy and you can normally pull teh Charr first, then the Effigies. Then the boss is a piece of cake.
Blood Washes Blood is brutal-first you have to fight off a bunch of Spectral Vaettirs. Then the final part you have to fight a boss.....my advice, kill one side, then go up from behind on the other side. Makes it alot easier. Oh, and bring like Honeycombs or Powerstone...you'll need it!
For Finding the Bloodstone, a prot monk with PS is a must. Those Ettin hit hard!
For G.O.L.E.M you might want to get a buddy and split up-just like in NM.
DD isn't to bad-get a buddy and run two sets of Sab's builds XD
And finally, for Time for Heroes, use the interupt/Pain Inverter trick. Just put PI on the "Great" Destroyer, interupt him and watch him kill himself lol.
The rest were pretty much straightforward and strategy compares to NM.

for golem, I did the 3 necro build, put the three heroes on one side, me and the other henchman took the other, I never had to even go check on the three necros, they did that well. my henchman were mesmer, monk, necro and ranger (i was a warrior).

You can do them all with H/H, the only two you need something specific for are Assault (bonder) and Great Destroyer

Don't need bonder for assault, I've done it by dieing and ressing inside the fortress, and also just by camping the charr spawn points on one side and ganking the charr rangers through the wall. Both worked out fine.

Shielding Hands and a few heals makes the Saurus not die in HM that's how I did it.

Yea I felt Warband was harder to H/H then Assault too
So basically like everyone is saying get a group for DD and Warband and that should be it but i rocked DD w/ H/H since i have my own way of dealing w/ the norn part of the mission and pugs dont trust me

I've done Warband with the Necro trio, devona, henchy monks, me (warder ele, with Ebon Vanguard skills), and either eve or cynn.
The only hard bit of warband is near the beginning of the second level with these huges mobs full of healers. The trick is just pull them away, inch by inch and hope the healers don't run after them healing. The key to that dungeon is just pulling, pulling all over.

Mark of Protection and Spirit Bond are useful, as well.
I thought the hardest missions were (in this order): Destruction's Depths, Blood Washes Blood, Assault on the Stronghold. All of them are quite doable with H/H, though.

Destruction Depths is doable with H&H, but one extra human player makes it a lot easier to do. If you decide to H&H, remember that Deep Wound and Daze make things a lot easier.
I remember doing Assault H&H on my mesmer and wondering why it got that much harder than I was used to. Then I noticed the HM icon. So it's very doable H&H.

Ok, for Assault on the Stronghold, I helped the Charr beat the closest group, then I flagged my heroes up against the gate. Then, I pulled the group guarding the left devourer over to the friendly charr group on the right and left them to fight it out.
When the last group was dead, the archers spawned. My group managed to kill them with maybe a death here and there. I did this to get party wiped and res on the other side, but instead my team managed to stay alive and keep the saurus alive when he got to the gate, breaking it down in one go. After that, it was business as usual. Made it extremely easy.
For Blood Washes Blood, I brought Ursan's Blessing with me. Starting from Longeye's, I ran across Borja Marches without fighting a single monster. Once in Jaga, I pulled the groups closest to the sacred altar one by one (sometimes two groups came at once, but it was no big deal). Back in Borja and in the actual quest, I headed south and killed the group of Mandragors right there, then I ran to the southern most gate into the base, and killed them all. Much, much, much faster and easier.

I have failed repeatedly with the first quest (Against the Charr) .I'm using Sab's three necro build for the heroes, Cynn, Herta, and Mhenlo. Using my elementalist I've tried wards, which didn't work and the most successful I have been was running a Mind Blast/Rodgorts Invocation build. I have no idea how people are able to cope with hard mode and it astonishes me when easy and hard mode are used in the same sentence.

Sauron have you tried using a tank hench?
Seems to me that part of the problem is that you have a very "squishy" team and you'd need some sort of buffer. You'd could also try some consumables if cash flow isn't an issue.
If you need some help, PM me in game.
