EOTN Dungeons
Okay, so somehow i made it through all of EOTN with only one entry in my Master Dungeon Guide. My Hero's handbook is full as i completed all quests. The only entry in my Dungeon guilde is Fronis Irontoes lair. My question is how did this happen? I know I did several dungeons and opened several of the boss chests and obtained several dungeon maps. What exactly do you have to to do get an entry in your Dungeon Guide? Does is matter what quests you have active?
Thanks

what u probly did was u did a couple of dungeons for quests, when you do the dungeons in the context of a quest, the monsters and rewards vary and it also doesnt get put into the dungeon book. one example i can think of is u probly did the quest band of brothers in the cathedral of flames.

Okay...as per the example above the only time I have been in cathedral of flames was in the warband of brothers quest. So now I have to go back and do the dungeon a seconds time w/o quest. Also, i read in another thread that for one the entrys it didn't matter if you did with Cyndr or Magnus spawning. Again I did the dungeon with Cyndr and the quest, but no entry in my guide. I did get disconnected before the 3:00 timer was up, don't know if that has anything to do with it.
Also, this information about what you have to do to get the entries in the Dungeon Guide is not on the wiki if someone want to add it there.

I also had 1 entry I think. And that was HoS because that was the only dungeon I had completed while following the main story line. And mostly if you do the story line in a dungeon you mostly don't do it all the way up to the boss. Or like Oola's Lab for example, the dungeon is different from when you do the primary quest there. Quite easy to explain since for the quest you enter after talking to an npc and you get thrown in the quest, while doing the dungeon you just enter it normally.

heart of shiverpeaks should be in your book after completing EotN. Maybe you did it in hard mode with a normal book? Or you took the book after HoS.
As for dungeons you need to complete the quests in "depths of Tyria" (or something like that) These are the dungeon quests.

To get a dungeon to count in your book, you need to have it in your inventory and kill the end boss. And if the dungeon has an associated mission with it, do the mission before the dungeon, or else it won't count (i.e. Do Elusive Golemancer before doing the Oola's Lab dungeon).
You don't need a quest to get it in your book, but the quest rewards give upwards of 1-1.5k, which is a nice boost (plus the XP if you care about that sort of thing). It's worth noting though that Cathedral of Flames does require a quest to get in though (Temple of the Damned).
A full list of dungeons and associated quests are on the wiki at
