Default Double rep weekend builds?

I know a lot of people will be doing ursan runs for norn point farming. However I will probably do that and hm snowmen runs. Now though, the snowmen I believe start using hidden rock and causing daze. So I was curious, exactly what types of hero bars should I be running?

I will most likely be a defensive anthem paragon with there's nothing to fear and they're on fire. I am kind of thinking a few mindblast heroes with rodgorts and utility spells like an aegis or 2 since I am pretty sure aegis will work just like defensive anthem does in blocking snowballs.

I know most people like searing flames more, but the energy management is not that great, and spamming rodgorts should give decent damage as well as some extra defenses.

But besides the easy dwarven farm, anyone have suggestions for hero/hench setups for say asura or vanguard point farms?

You want as much AoE as possible here, so personally i'd go with SH heroes w/splinter weapon, and a few N/Rt healers for good measure. I tank as a warrior and let me SH/MS nukers do the work for me whilst i ursan a few here and there. With a proper: Tank takes agro then nukers blow stuff up sort of combo..it works rather well. Hope this helps.

Snowman dungeon is piece of cake in HM with Sab's trip necros, Talon, Lo Sha, Cynn, and Lina. I am a monk, so if you are not, replace one of the henchmen maybe with the other healer.

There are corpses? I might not have done it enough, but I don't remember there being corpses in that dungeon.

Either way, I don't think Hidden Rock brings any reason to change your setup. I run Vekk, Sousuke, and Zhed with Mind Blast and some other AoE spells, but I don't load up much on AoE, seeing how the Snowmen usually drop pretty fast anyways. The only threat Hidden Rock does to me is say that I need to load an interrupt on each of them, and I'll probably be fine. If not, condition removal works too.

Fast recharging AoE is your friend. I run triple SF eles (no AoE elite recharges as fast or causes more chaos) I have myself /rt for a zinrae's ashes tank to disable the snowballs so the rest of the team can clean up. Then I just take the two monk henchies and two of the other AoE henchies (aiden, herta, or cynn). If you're not a ranger, warrior, monk, rit, or derv yourself, you may need to drop one SF hero for a bonder so you can survive aggroing the mobs

For snowmen, i bring the jagged MM and two SH eles - they die too fast for SS to be of much use. Add in the 2 ele and 2 monk hench and it's a walk in the park.

I nuked my way to r10 dwarf with 3 SH nukers. I would just aggro a snowmen mob, check guru, and by the time you're back on gw you can pin your heros to the next group

I believe 2 of them had heal party with them and one had extinguish as utility.

The snowman farm isn't as easy as it seems (the last part with the boss and like 20 snowmen). I bring defensive anthem, they're on fire and there's nothing to fear. I also bring 2 e/mo for an aegis chain as well as 1 woh healer and my gf would bring an lod healer with some heals. For some reason there is always atleast 1 death most likely 2-3 at the very end boss even with all the chance to block flying around.

Any suggestions on better healing bars or something?

i steamrolled the snowman dungeon with livia getting a few deaths.

I had me as HB HP monk, with seed of life (and max ss)

I brought vekk, sousake with Savannah heat and mark of rodgort and lots of other aoe. (no firestorm, makes them scatter faster)

Livia, bring her as sabs MM, but get rid of Death Nova, as theres no point in casting it as the minions die too fast. Jagged bones isnt needed either, as theres tons of corpses. I had flesh golem, infuse condition and dark bond. instead of jagged, death nova and one of the other prot skills.

Drop the 9 points in prot, chuck them in healing. Add healing ribbon and res chant. Also drop 1 point from death magic and add to blood magic.

I had the 2 heal hench (3 healers total) and the fire and earth hench.

All i did was flag livia to aggro, all her minions keeps the snowmen from attacking you, cast seed of life on her then remove the flag.
This way the minions take all the damage, and she should be able to keep some up at all times with the amount of animates she has.

Fastest time ~14mins.

(Sorry if i knew how to do skill tags it would have made it better)

I ran P/Rt (me) with Defiant Was Xinrae, They're on Fire, TNTF
2 N/E with Searing Flames, Liquid Flame, Glowing Gaze, SH, Glyph of Immo, Putrid Explosion
1 E/Mo with pretty much the same skills as the N/E but with SoA/SH.
Both healer henchmen, Cynn and Aidan.

Very fast, runs took 12-14 mins, and very rarely did anyone die.

(For the pull with Freezie, go in first and have the E/Mo put SoA on you, with Def Was Xinrae you will soon take no more damage and they will all group up and die very quickly)

Before aggroing make sure you flag your H/H a bit behind you so that Def Was Xin takes effect
