After 3 tries with different builds I had about 190 monsters killed, only 1 Djinn boss left with everything cleared around it and most of the map cleared (although was around -30% DP with all) and then... I vanquished the hidden city h/h a couple days ago...not a fun place got wiped 2 or 3 times. Was getting nasty pop ups 3 ruby djinn's = ouch. It was the hardest vanq in Elona that I've done thus far.

Yeah I managed to do it after that post... decided to get my heroes some runes/weapons so they had a few hundred more HP than before, helped them not die in 1 hit =p but cost me precious gold =(

Only 2 areas left, Joko's Domain and Sulfurous Waste... Some Paragon boss with Signet of Return + 2 Acolytes = mass ressurection... not sure how I will kill them honestly but will probably bring the SF nukers and suicide on the boss and healers then go work out the DP in worms...

Even worst since they use anti-shouts in desolation so I can't use God-Mode W/P =( I think hammer is the best choice for Warrior since you can get least knockdown the healers when they ressurect people.

Take Frozen Soil on one of your characters/heroes, and make sure it is kept up when you are not in a Wurm. Awakened have rubbish self healing, and with no res capabilities, they are no longer a threat. If you're worried about your party wiping when fighting them, have someone pack Lively was Naomi, as this can res through Frozen Soil.

Frozen Soil is nice and all but I get destroyed even with 3 healers, a paragon and a MM. Even worst when I can't ressurect. I tried SF nukers and didn't work either... only way I'm seeing is to kill them one at a time and use the corpses with a necro spell by going W/N... I will probably wipe a few times but nothing is working... that ONE group is seriously unfair, considering most other places in nightfall were pretty easy.

Wow, this area is making me want to uninstall Guild Wars. I'm just going to quit hard mode and stick with PvP for a few months I think. I don't think ANet was thinking of Hard Mode when they made these guys rez-frenzy.

About 3 groups left, but nope, impossible when they have a bunch of cavaliers and acolytes and I have heros with 60% DP.
