Turning in books is the best way to max everything, except dwarf title.

For Vanguard, the vally area to the south (forget the name) is the best for Vanguard pointage.
For Norn, Varajer Falls is the best.
Both of these contain right around 500 enemies

For Asura...I'm not sure.
I've heard mention of Magnus Stones being a good spot.

Books definitely. You can complete a Hard Mode Hero's Handbook in a day easy. 30k rep each time. Dungeon books give more rep, but take a lot more time than rushing through the quests.

I ended up getting 4 Hero's Handbooks and doing each quest 4 times (or 2 times for longer ones and coming back to do the others later, to stop it getting too boring). At the end of last week I handed in the 4 (120k rep) books to finish maxing all the rep titles, with a couple of partly completed books to get the odd 3-4k rep so I didn't have to farm points.

They are definitely some of the easier titles to max and thankfully don't need much grind.

One of the most intelligent things ever said about these titles. Run through NM + HM fully for missions/dungeons + vanquishing and you should have near maxed all of them, finish up with partly filled books (I'm at r10, r9, r9, r6 w/o any farming and 18/18, 16/16, 12/16 HM, 10/18 HM, + 9 areas left to vanquish) and only did Revelations farm twice + Snowmen 4-5 times.

I have found that murdering snowmen is not only profitable, but relaxing. Get a few Golds, Melt a few faces, Its a great relaxation tool

Books, beyond certain.

@BigT: Relaxing is definitely the right term for that dungeon.

Well books do give you alot of rep points, but take awhile to get full. For the Asuran, go outside Rata and fight all the Wind Riders. There are bunch of them.

My paragon is almost maxed on every GwEn title now... but I used my Books to get the vanguard rep instead of grinding (still havent gotten the BattlePlans tho, ill probably do all those quests in HM.... not that I can actually do ANYTHING and get rewards in NM on my para)

for norn i say turn in a couple of hm books so you're R6/7 Norn, then do the Norn point run from Olafsted (sp.) you get 5k-6k faction per run, run takes 30-45 mins, depends how suck you group is, but event hough it's a repeatable run i find it less boring than books.

Completing EoTN in both HM and NM (Dungeons included) Should max atleast 2 titles (Norn/asura probably) Get 1 to rank 6 or 7 (asura) And 1 to rank 8 or 9 (dwarf from the dungeons/quest rewards)
Then you can just use HM hero books to fill in the gaps.
(By the way, the r10/r10/r9/r7 was from using the NM and HM books).
