Default Brainstorming something new

Well, with the nerf to ursan now people are willing to try what i like to call "real builds", and since people are willing to use real builds again i began brainstorming on different ways to do a classical or semi classical build while complimenting it with skills from recent buffs as well as cons and such and i've come up with a HM build so far that is similar to the oldschool trin when it comes to comes to the classes required to run it, while the bars are quite a bit different though. But as for nm i began to get even deeper into a brainstorming session and began to think about some of the other ways that people did doa other than the trinity and took into consideration the mesmer heavy build as well as the barrage heavy build and thought to myself "why not combine the two to make something much more quick and efficient?", so i cracked out the old GWTB and started working a bit and came up with something that looks rather alien in comparison to some of the other builds in concept, but I've done some minor amounts of testing and believe that with some tweaks, and some assistance (opinions) from you guys in the community, so this is is what i've cracked out so far (sorry for no atts it's outta TB ffs) Give me your input please, try as you like, and well, yeah, gimme your input, i think this is gonna be pretty efficient though.

Tank:
[GW Team Builder Export;AWBClMoNI9VK8Vp6sVZAA]
With the beauty of essence of celerity, the obs will recharge in time to keep it up indefinitely... So no need for swiftness, it's just for the other skills. Other than that, pretty basic old school terra.

The Mesmers:
These are where i need help the most as some people in groups i've ran with have complained about energy, while others say it's rather efficient and needs no change, gimme your input.

Mes 1:
[GW Team Builder Export;AFCCJU15tEYDqLaxdxd9A]
Preferable to place someone who doesn't quite have kurz and lb maxed on this, as the sig will boost it up to max anyhow, the weapon of shadow is for applying on the tank when he says he's about to use glyph of conc, simply because cave in gloom can be epic, interrupt rangers galore and a stance wont block it cause the paras have wild throw. thats the basic solution to those probs. suggestive skills, not really runnable, just ideas

Mes 2:
[GW Team Builder Export;AFCC1y05tEYDqLaxdxdxA]
Pretty self explanitory, echo cry, cry cry cry, cry ,cry, lb gaze, cry, lb sig, and lyssa's aura is like a self bip, who can argue with that?suggestive skills, not really runnable, just ideas

[GW Team Builder Export;AUBClHI0AHYD2JoLexJAA]
Holy poop, self explanitory, and more CoP, armor ignoring mass interrupt dmg facemelting ftw. And sniper support, much like the mesmers, cause hey, who doesn't like boom headshot?

The Ranger SY:
[GW Team Builder Export;ASACtY8YsaUccxJ6dVAXC]
Barrage, barrage, lightening, save yourselves, bitch at your rit for not keeping you splintered is the basics behind this one, armor ignoring damage, once again, is a plus, go splinter go.

The Support Rit:
[GW Team Builder Export;AoACRMhx4NdxRdAdMAmcB]
Pretty sleeper job, apply splinter, apply splinter, new spirits, move spirits, apply splinter. E-manage every once and a while, done. Symbo to help tank, eoe to help tha killang!

The VERY utility monk:
[GW Team Builder Export;ATBCtRIRkD+S86QPcxxQA]
Life attune for extra health on them seeds, and pretty much everything else too, unyielding = better than HB now so, why not, LB sig when you've got time or are low on energy, and it's good.

The Epic Healzors:
[GW Team Builder Export;ATBCFXtRkRIRkDGE868RA]
Mimicry Unyielding from the other monk, apply, set it and forget it, and put on hb, heal as normal, but it's not normal, for, hb and unyielding stack, so, epicly absurd numbers will be flying across your screen.

well as i said, this builds is still kind of testing stages so, any input is greatly appreciated, btw once again, apologies on the lack of atts, and apologies for the half brained wording on it, kindof in a half asleep insomniac stupor, also please note that the skills aren't matching the descript for the current bbCode, please reference the updates, particularly for the pve onlys and unyielding.

With the monks, why not just put in an un-elite res, like chant or renew life, and then both the monks have Healer's boon, making the res be a 2 second cast, this frees up the space on the second monk because they won't need arcane mimicry.

Well, multiple reasons being: UA = instant, UA can be done from any distance, UA stacks with the HB, and what do you mean by "frees up a spot on the second monk"?, the fact that you already don't have to bring a res frees that slot up for arcane, which is incredibly benficial when it comes to getting unyielding, unyielding + hb now = 110% extra heal (double of just hb) a 100%/100% res at any distance, contrary to the current description on the bbCode it's incredibly different than the way you're assuming it is after the update that occurred today.

the new unyielding aura looks like it could work great here. it's a maintained HB with a rez capability. very interesting.

I like the look of it. Though i am worried about the 3 PvE only skills thing, a couple of the builds may need revisiting :P

I saw sniper support on the builds and thought this could be epic :P

Mesmer 1 and 2 have 5 PvE skills - they need major changes.

Let me give you 1 piece of advice regarding tanking. DONT' use an obby tank in elite areas anymore, the time is loooong past. The obby tank build is slow, dull, requires too many enchants and plain useless. Use a perma sin/ele instead and do bring sliver armor!

Let me give you a second piece of advice regarding support line. Get atleast 2 folks in the team with X/R or R/X and bring the skill healing spring . Let both stand close and cast healing spring as soon as they recharge (faster with serpent quickness). Your backline will heal at a rate close to 80 HP every 2 seconds for a total of 400 HP in 10 seconds. You can bring barrage + SY on these rangers if needed as well.

For the SS necro, these skills are a must:
1) Enfeebling blood (perfect against the rangers in FOW who kickass with their barrage).
2) Pain Inverter (perfect against Shadow Beasts who will die in a few seconds).
3) Assassin support (perfect against Shadow monks who will have a hard time healing while being attacked). Echo sin (using arcane echo).
4) SS (the good old elite skill MUST only be cast on enemy warriors and let them dish away to a speedy death).
5) Reckless haste (also to be cast on melee only).
6) Arcane echo.
7) Hexors Vigor
8) Sunspear rebirth signet (sometimes a SS could be the last man standing).

they were all put together when i was half asleep, and were set as an example type of thing not something to be ran down to the exact, more of a "hey you could use these with some other crap".... this happens when i've got about one or two hours of sleep and few drinks in me, lmao, apologies.
