For Rilohn Refuge, [spoil victor] really helps a lot. If you can't run it yourself, let MoW run it.
Moddok Crevice is bugged in some ways some objectives don't get reached, it isn't hard at all but just keep trying. If you get stuck at the part you have to catch those pirates running away from you, take an elementalist, give it a speed buff skill (dash would be enoegh), let it run in front and use [deep freeze] to get them snared.

For Moddok, I, being a ranger, used a couple snares and heavy physical NM and HM. For the Drought, Pain inverter, again, NM and HM.

For Refuge bring an mm and pain inverter you may want to also bring winter on a ranger or ranger secondary. One cast from pain inverter should drop him immediately if you have most your party bunched up. if u bring winter just lay it down before you aggro.
As for Moddock I find that bringing a pure water ele as the best route to go Take as many snares as u like maybe for the elite bring mirror of ice. Have your water hero take deep freeze and use this before you aggro! lock all you heros on the closest target. If your using mobile spirits precast ur spirits and run in and let them lose right next to them. However, what i do is just bring Ebon vanguard assassin support which will easily take down one of the two runners by themselves. Remember to call targets so the heros can quickly dispose of each runner.
Alternatively you could go with on other human and have each on of you concentrated on a separate target after the deep freeze. The bosses should be easy just stand under the bridge so your not in line of fire of the rangers.

For Rilohn, Winter is a big help in reducing the earth damage, bring it. You certainly will want to clear the three groups of Droughtlings before tackling the Drought group. Posting everyone up behind the wall and pulling the Droughtlings makes things easier(Stone Daggers, Stoning, and Ebon Hawk do not go through walls) hint, hint.
The boss group isn't that tough, with Winter up, they won't have the +50% earth damage going for them. Daze works well, as does a Power Block Mesmer. They spam spells, so Backfire and Visions of Regret work well too. Good luck.

Spread out and focus only on the drought after you clear the out lying critters. Hero and hench will want to follow you so you may have flag them call the target for them. Also interrupt his sandstorm if you can it is nasty and hard to get out of it.

In a word? Mesmer.
In a few more words:
Moddok = [[Imagined Burden] + [[Arcane Echo]
Rilohn = [[Pain Inverter] (although bring along [[Signet of Illusions] for even more fun)
