You can't get minion from pet any more? Wow, didnt know that. Anyway back in the day B/P, MM team was pretty much the fastest if you want to farm in there. Anyway like I said earlier it's really boring because all you do is spam barrage or sometime dis-short, recast FW and wait for the order to cast spell on you.

Dang the tombs.
I have tried over 20 ways to do this, with and without people.
Cryway, SS/Pet (Pre-nerf), MM siege (2 MM, 1 BiP), Conset + H/H, etc....

So, basically, i've gotten down to the last level with my Assassin on HM, (Pre SF Nerf) and hit the almighty wall of wurms in the middle.

On all the other attempts I barely get past level 2 and 3 before someone gives me an excuse to leave, HM or Nm. Even if we are going so fast we only stop moving for about 5sec to lure every now and again.

So, now I've done everything considered "elite or hard" in GW except tombs and some NF only character quest, and yet I am pounding my daggers into tombs with no success.

So, I'm left to ask, after searching google and guru for 2 hours, what H/H build do I use to kill Tombs in HM and NM, no time limit concerns.
It could take 4 hours for all I care.

Since you have an assassin,

use the sliver armor build. Even after the nerf it can solo the entire tombs
(the A/mes build is faster for most of tombs but, from what I understand, can not kill the worms)

[build=OwZTkY/8ZS6jHRnBZIXkHCHsBCA]

dark escape (not needed unless you are not used to casting the sf chain and think you may have to run to safety) can be replaced "by Ural's Hammer" for more damage. the pve skills help even at relatively low level rep.

The main trick is remembering to keep the scythes alive until you have killed the worms - especially on that 4th level. lure the scythes from the center area to each of the worms but not so close to yourself that you will kill the scythes with sliver. It may take 2 or 3 rounds of sliver to kill a worm with only a few scythes but it will bring them down.

It is also important that you solo it - h/h running in and taking agro from you will reduce your effectiveness at killing with sliver.

I went with 4 sh ele's, mage henchman, 2 healers and some random other henchie. Steamrolled trough everything but watch your aggro ^^ and flag you h&h very fast out of meteor shower etc.

Swift has it nailed. I take "by ural's hammer" instead of "intensity" due to the quicker recharge. I also take "deaths charge" just incase I ever get blocked, that way I can shadow step away and keep moving.

The worms are no problem as long as you drag some mobs with you so that sliver works faster.

Your main concern in Tombs will be the grasp using "Fear Me!". If you get to many of them on you they will suck all of your energy leaving nothing for recasting SF. I try to never aggro more than 5 at a time. If you do over aggro the grasp then run away and let your energy recover before going back in. Also knowing where all the grasp spawns are is a big plus.

If time is of no concern you should be able to fully solo Tombs with your assassin in under 2 hours with the perma SF/sliver build and all drops are yours. I typically get about 3 ectos per run and 4 or 5 golds, not to mention most of the black and white dye I get comes from drops in Tombs.
