Titans are not flesh creatures but Charrs are. It will be good to have some minions to take the heavy damage.
Rit or Necro will be more useful?

Yes, you can use a Minion Master in The Last Day Dawns, but a Water Elementalist with [[Ward Against Harm] would probably help more. A well placed [[Maelstrom] can greatly disrupt The Armageddon Lord's damage output and cold damage deals heavy damage against the Lords. [[Mantra of Flame] can be used for more protection. The Ebon Vanguard Title Track buff Rebel Yell from the Eye of the North expansion and [[Pain Inverter] can make it very easy to kill the Armageddon Lords and Charr Lords.

For each point in Spawning Power, minions gain 4% max health, allowing a minion created at 12 Death Magic and 16 Spawning Power to have more health than a minion created at 16 Death Magic. However, the lower level still means it will deal less and take more damage in combat. The Ritualist will have fewer and weaker minions compared to a Necromancer, but they will have more health and a few specialized skills are opened up.

I did this quest twice, once with my monk, 2 discord necros and a warrior but at that time that skill has not get nerfed. Other time is my paragon and heros, ice ele hero, restore ritualist and healing monk. But that time we went a long way to the back of the Titan groups, killed the 2nd and the last groups' sparks and lords then went back made the quest much easier.
