joshuarodger: thanks, and yeah, I rather chagrined at the lose of 150hps, though my ignorance of the game suggested the +3 might be worthwhile. "5-8" points, heh, now I know. Thank you for the insight, I shall replace them ASAP.
I have also collected Punishing Shot, which I am enjoying. I try to keep these three up all the time.

Silly me, figured the skill as just automatically working, never knew I had to display the skill for it to work.

AC and HPS for bow on the menu,... now,... where do I find these again

I have not salvaged any bow bits in awhile due to me thinking my bows were,... "done."

Any salvage kit above Expert can take mods off weapons if they are removable(some can not be removed). Don't worry we all made choices like that about superior runes, we all had to learn. Luckily Sunspear and Lightbringer points are a bit easier to get now espcially when Vanquishing, so the titles should go up easier now.

Oh the days of constant Wurm farming those points..the agony! If you find you need help with any of the missions or any quests look me up if you like. I will bring my maxed LB/SS and Imabgon self to assist IGN: Angil Ath Aririd.

No worries. That is one more of the more difficult missions when you get to Vabbi the first time due to the timed aspect. Take heart it can be done. :-D Like I said look me up I'll help if you havent already found a group and completed it. Good luck and have fun.

No matter what profession your using Luring is the key mainly those dryders are a pain to the henchies MS they will just stand in it once you see it go off flagg your heores to the side or something. 4 healers=overkill you need more dmg. if you prefer the rangers as your healers use Broadhead arrow or splinter barrage as they will shut down those nasty torment eles quickly. With interrupts it will stop there casting of abbadons favor also. Mox could be used as your tank, let him hold the aggro, then go in with the attack.. if you still stuck Pm me in game=Copenhagen Warrior, I' gladly help ya since im bored now hehe

Hi, I recently completed "Protector of Elona" all H/H. This mission can be done Master with H/H, but you have to focus on the task of closing the rifts, you cannot take a defensive stance on Lyssa's shrine.

After the initial cap of Lyssa's, I focused on burning down the Rift groups as fast as I could, bringing all my H/H flagged to a point just out of torment claw range, but still affecting the cap speed.

I was fast enough to catch the Blasphemer spawning at the next rift, I had brought Master of Whispers as MM, the minions helped block him from reaching the shrine so I was able to take him down a couple times while closing the last two rifts.

It is a race, the faster you shut down the rifts, the less pressure you have on the shrine.

You may have to do this a couple times to get it down.

Re: Demons, focus focus focus on one, if you don't reliably burn them down before they can call of torment you are toast, and if your henchies are spreading damage to the point where several demons receive enough damage to use call of torment you can end up with more demons than you started with. For me, I tend to use both LBG and Wastrels as a spike on low health demons (might be considered noobish but worked for me). I also take out everything but the Rangers first..

Good advice here, Im getting close on Gates of Pain, Im running my Ranger with the interupts and barrage, and two monks and a SS Necro for heros. (I only have one Necro hero right now)

I think Ill switch out one of my hero monks for a henchie monk and try Gwen with those shutdown skills suggested.

And yes I use LB whenever I can at Rank 4.

Maybe Ill go Ele secondary and take Maelstrom as well on my self and a couple of heros.

. As already mentioned, 4 monks is to much healing....you also have to have enough offensive power to kill baddies.

When I first took the Gate of Pain mission it was..well...ugly. The Terrorwebs just blew the team apart. To counter this I would flag heros/hench in a squat diamond so that the aoe spells wouldn't pop all of them at once. I would then (even eith an Ele) go ahead to aggro the pairs of TWs and get them to use thier Meteor shower..move immediatly once they cast! The group had little problems killing them after that. For the single boss-like TWs, Force a monk to cast Protective spirit and maybe a healing breeze on a warrior and sent the warior in to absorb the initial attack and they also fall easily.

Always, always! be aware of where patrolling groups are and be very careful and patient in pulling as small a group as possible.
