I have killed the two bonus harbingers. I didn't get the masters reward. And I'm pissed. Bug?

You will have to kill the margonite group with the bonus harbringers to complete the objective.

Also remember that the mission must be completed after the bonus groups are killed for the bonus to be completed. It is not like Tyrian missions and bonuses that can be completed independently from each other.
