Default Rragar's Menagerie in HM?

Okay... I'm having a ridicusly hard time in Rragar's Menagerie. I never recalled the charr (at least in the missions) being this difficult.

I'm using Dragon Slasher or Hundred Blades, depends on what I feel like, along with Sab way >_>.

I barely made it 1/2 way through the first level and my team all has 20DP.

The Charrs are seriously annoying me. I get the feeling this dungeon ain't H/H for the average player <_<

Any advice?

Thanks~

It's called HM for a reason, lol.

Few tips: If you go dslash, make sure to bring SY.
Even if you don't go dslash, bring SY.
Make sure you have your ebon rank showing - Double adrenaline is fun.
Bring a few ebon vanguard skills, EVAS does insane amounts of damage to charr, even in HM.

And yea, it isn't very H/H friendly. Get someone to help if you can find a guild/alliance mate.

I do use SY.
I know, but I didn't think the change in difficulty was such a big difference from the other campaigns in HM.

My friends stop playing this games ages ago~ And I'm trying to H/H everything myself to "finish" it.

Anyone completed this as W >_>? Builds?

I did this dungeon in hm on my war a while back, ran a standard 100b build with sy, heros were on sab of course, and as for henchys i brough cynn mhenlo eve and herta. its a very difficult duneon to h/h, but bring some dp removals, pull well and you will get through eventually. i ended up doing the whole 3rd level with 60dp, but it is doable with a lot of hard work.

gl anf hf!

I was in a similar situation... Guildies all left so I was left with HH'ing Hard Mode.

Try a Warrior's Endurance build with Aura of Holy Might, Asuran Scan, Power attack, a few extra attack skills, Flail(or similar increased attack speed skill) and have a hero cast Strength of Honour on you. Also remember that Mark of Pain and Splinter weapon like you although they will cause scatter after a few hits. You should be auto attacking for 60-120 and Power attacking for 230ish so have your hero's keep you clean of Blurred Vision and Blind etc... and you'll destroy most things yourself. Also the Charr use Aegis so have hero's take enchantment removal, either Rend Enchantments for single target or Mirror of Disenchantment/Chilblains for aoe enchantment removal.

If you want to make this dungeon (or any dungeon within enchantment removal reason) extra easy/boring/long have a monk hero cast Life Barrier, Life Bond and Protective Spirit on you and hover just within aggro/spell casting range of your hero's and tank/destroy things with ease. This is really boring and makes a dungeon really time consuming so beware!

Dungeons have lots of corners to hold aggro on, so use them.

Also don't forget to flag hero's apart so they don't all get destroyed by aoe.

As a last resort hold down ctrl and move way back, and flag hero's to where the monsters are. Inch forwards until a single nasty becomes active, the hero's will destroy it, rinse and repeat until a mob is dead.

The last level is really easy so persevere through the dp (keep yourself or a hero clean of dp with party items if your not a careful player!) and you'll be rewarded with a crap green plus a diamond/onyx gem and one more Hero's Handbook space filled! Have fun and good luck!
