It's Vizuhan Square (Local Quarter)

If you've already completed the Zen Daijun mission, help a Sin or Rit complete the Mayhem in the Market quest, it'll get you in there.

EDIT: Camp out in The Marketplace and spam "Helping out with Mayhem in the Market quest," Doesn't have to be a sin or rit, can be any char created in fac.

Sins or rits just guarantee that the player has that quest and isn't an idiot.

You shouldn't need that area to get the title. I skipped the Banished section of Imperial Sanctum and the entire lower strip of the Vizunah Square mission and still reached 100%.

Of course...I also got the training area on the Island. Not sure if you have that or not.

ok i will try that..... and no I am not from Cantha..... I wish I could get the "training section" but I don't think I can...

and how do you get Shiro to banish you... can't seem to get him to do it to me....

The training area should be open during any of the events with the Boardwalk. I can't remember when the next one is going to be.

As for Shiro, there's some weird conditions for it. Check the wiki for better details, but I think you at least need 1 other player with you, and no henchmen.

They may open up the Boardwalk for the fifth anniversary at the end of the month. If not, the next event would be dragon festival around July 4th.
