I am having a rough time with WoC, compared to most other pve. I have had a rough time with Afflicted specifically, even somewhat in NM...

I feel like my healing is overkill but it keeps me alive.

Basically this is my only team that can survive medium+ size aggro groups of afflicted without at least 2-3 deaths (and the occasional wipe) of me or a hero per aggro. I normally dont use the motigon or heal/prot, but use an interrupt build with ineptitude, dwayna's bomber, and pain of disench. build w/ heals. The healing with them is sufficient most every where else. I think its the necros/mesmers that like to be pains.

Advise or comments on team?

Less prots more damage.

Ger rid of Para and Add RoJ monk. Make sure one RoJer has SoH and judges on them for you to do added damage.. Is your proter a monk? Go with ST shelter rit and flag him back a 1.5 bubbles before aggroing.

So far I've been using a derv/a or /w with SY. Derv a jumps into mobs and rojs nuke em. Derv/W runs into them and rojs nuke em. Both have drawbacks. But you can do both. Go look at EFGJacks videos on wars with RoJ teams.

You need an ST rit. the prot monk isnt doing much for you. Paragons are also pretty terrible. Running standard ineptitude bar, esurge, or another damage bar like EA will help. Faster you kill them, less threat you're at.

Yeah, I basically spam jagged strike/fox fangs/death blossom as much as possible, IaU and SY. Have SoH already too. Helps a lot.

Ok, will drop the Prot monk and paragon and try a ST build w/ a RoJ nuker. More damage is always helpful, agreed.

SY can get you through WoC HM pretty easily. I did Raid on Shing Jea Monastery with a SY warrior and used no bombs at all.
