Default Shiverpeaks Map Explore Confusion

Hey guys,

I recently started GW1 and am getting into Cartographing.
However, as shown in the attachment below, I don't know how to get those sections of the map. (The ones labeled 2, 3 and 4.)
Is it possible to get them? Because I read some stuff about "blinking into Rurik's path" in the Frost Gate mission, but my Necro friend tried to use Necrotic Traversal which didn't prove effective.
Also, the section labelled 1 on the attachment, is there actually anything there? because I couldn't seem to find anything.
I am using the Cartography Made Easy mod to show the fog on the map.

Thanks
Emperor Griffon

I dont see any numbers on the map, but I can tell you a few things. (edit---found them and they are very small so I missed them the first time I checked your map )
You can not do the necro trick anymore--they changed the skill and now it will only teleport you where you could get to--not where you can not anylonger; and with that most of the areas you have on your map are indeed part of ruriks path and no longer accessible.
The area at the top between borlis pass mission and iron horse mine can be made smaller (I have never been able to get rid of it altogether and have leg. carto on 6 toons and carto of tyria on another 2).
So the short answer is, you cant get to them, there is plenty of mapping over 100% to get in tryia without those areas.

Oh. Thank you cosyfiep. If you still have TexMod/Cartography made easy installed, can you show me what your map looks like? as in which part I can remove?
Thanks.

sure I am attaching one of my characters 'clean' maps

you can also see which parts can not be removed by using a character who hasnt gotten that far yet...just map across the map and you will see all the areas that can and can not be gotten too (see 2nd image)

Once again, thank you cosy.

If you remember, do you know if you clear that part from Iron Horse, or Borlis Pass?

I was not able to get to that area on one of my characters that missed it, but you can clear some of it during the borlis pass mission, when you get up to rurik, dont speak to him, instead run past him to the left and up by the dwarven archers and hug the walls. If that doesnt clear it, you will have to go to iron horse mines and hug the wall on that area (there are lots of tree roots in a small passageway).
