Not sure if It's just bad luck or what, but Blood Washes Blood has become harder to get to. I took the backroute from Longeye's and went to the bear shrine.
I was standing there, and those Spectrals just wandered close to me. I aggroed one and then two seconds later I was up against at least 8 of them.
Note that this is one person while hechies/heroes were flagged away.
And By the time I killed off the Spectrals and got into Blood Washes Blood, I had to resign just to get the 30%+ DP off me/hechies/heroes

Anyone mind drawing the path you use to run from longeye's to the bear area for blood washes blood? I ran there before but it involved killing quite a few enemies since I didn't have a clue which way to run.

Something like this:
At the green dot you may get a unlucky spawn with a frozen elemental, but it's not too hard to run past with ursan. (you should have ursan while doing this quest, remember)

Thanks so much for this guid, it will really help me save some time in the future. There are so many 'duh' things in here that I wish I had found this before my last three hero handbooks were filled.

Bring pain inverter, dslash, sever, gash, gfj, a couple interupts, an mm, and some nice degen on your other guys. Bring someone with extinguish. As soon as you get to the great destroyer, put pain inverter on him and interupt his next spell, he should do his move that does huge damage to everyone, including the minions, and triggers -80 for each target he hits. Do it a couple more times and hes dead. Spam dslash on him in the meantime. Your huge Dslash DPS + pain inverter on your party and minions + constant max degen = he is dead in under 2 minutes.

I would suggest doing the Charr quests in this order (pretty sure haven't done in a while)
1) Warband
2) Assault on the Stronghold
3) Against the Charr
The reason I suggest this, is because you do Warband in Doomlore, finish, walk outside of Doomlore do the stronghold, after you get done with the Stronghold, it kicks you out to right outside longeyes, and you have a moral boost (hopefully) and go straight into against the charr with a boost.
Very hepful, then you don't have to resign/run to a town after 'Against the Char'
Also, if not mention, leave from the Central transfer Chamber for Destruction Depths
I would suggest doing them all in this order (if you plan on doing them all) for least map travel time.
Nornbear (shifhalla)
Gate to Far (Olafstead)
Warband (Doomlore)
Assault the Stronghold (Outside Doomlore)
Agasint the Char (given starting point by previous mission)
Blood washes Blood (longeye's)
Finding the Bloodstone (Gadd's Encampment)
Elusive Golemance (Rata Sum)
G.O.L.E.M. (Rata Sum, taken here by previous)
Destruction depths (Central Transfer Chamber)
Time for Heroes (Central Transfer Chamber, taken here by previous)
Hope this helps

There's no point doing them in order, just bring 5 or 10 books, do the quest 5 or 10 times, then move on to the next one. Saves party setup / re-setup time and you know what you're doing and where you're going the majority of the time.

assault on stronghold can easily be done in 8minutes (nm),
just go with the buffel (or what ever) to the gate and give ur heroes healing seed an chain it
at the endboss in 5-6minutes

And how does one go about obtaining 5 or 6 books? I mean I know you can get one for NM and one for HM, but 5 or 6?
